My stay was great. The apartment has an excellent location, close to Copa and Ipanema. Lots of commerce around and near the subway. The apto corresponds with the photos and has what is necessary for short seasons. Ronald was also very attentive.

The AP is identical to the photos, everything is very clean and fragrant, including bath and bed linen. The highlight was the washer and dryer, as it was very cold and rainy, so it helped us a lot. Kitchen equipped with basic items, which perfectly meet the stay. The internet is a little limited, but we were able to use it. I recommend the place!!

Great apartment, simple and cozy, in addition to having everything you need in terms of appliances for you to have quick meals and not have to resort to restaurants all the time. Great location, where you can do everything on foot.

The apartment is the same as the ad. It's all very organized and clean. It has a real homey feel, all decorated and cozy. The kitchen is very complete, it had everything we needed, including a water filter (which helps a lot). There's just no microwave, but that's not important because the stove works really well. There is an Italian coffee maker and a French press, for lovers of good coffee. The bathroom is great, good shower with hot water, and there is a clothesline that helped a lot!! It is very close to the subway and in the vicinity there are several markets, pharmacies, restaurants. Our flight was delayed and Gayatri promptly waited for us to check in. We would stay there again.

Everything went well, clean, fragrant apartment, ideal space, perfectly met, great location. But it is worth mentioning how much D. Dionê is kind, polite and helpful. While I was there, there were three doormen, and all of them were very friendly and polite. Surely, at the next time, I'll be back. My thanks and my hugs to this wonderful person, D. Dionê.

The place is great and like the pictures. Fábio is a very attentive host and ready to resolve any problems. The place of lodging is very close to the subway. Nothing to complain about!

Excellent accommodation, everything was as advertised, everything was very clean and well structured. The location is excellent, we don't even need to use our own vehicle, the main tourist attractions of the city can be visited on foot. The only observations I make are: The hallway of the apartment and the interior of the loft, when we arrived, had a little musty smell, I believe it is because the city is very humid and cold, but we opened the window and turned on the fan and the smell improved a lot. The bed mattress is soft, but it's comfortable.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

I had absolutely no issues during my 1-month stay with my dog, Fred. The loft is in a very peaceful, quiet village and has all the essentials for a long stay. The location is also good, next to Megabox and close to pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants... you can do everything on foot. There are also buses to all other neighborhoods, as it is very close to Avenida Brasil. The host Iones was always attentive, very helpful when I needed to contact her. It definitely made my stay more comfortable. A note that may be relevant to those who work from home, like me: the loft does not have a desk. It was not a problem for me, I was able to adapt and work from the sofa but I imagine it could be essential for some people. I definitely recommend the stay!

The stay was perfect . The place is super clean and cozy, in the heart of Lapa, close to everything. The host was very friendly and helpful, responded super fast and was always attentive. 10 stars for the accommodation. I highly recommend it.
