This apartment was spectacular, and Miguel was one of the most responsive and proactive hosts my partner and I have ever had. I highly recommend this apartment - you won’t regret it.

The experience we had was excellent! The apartment is in a great location, with bars, restaurants, shopping, subway and bus stop very close to the place, and this made a big difference to our stay. The place is exactly as in the photos and has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, and even extra items such as a first aid kit, umbrellas and cleaning products. Not to mention that the view is incredible, every day and time we have a different art to appreciate from the window. In addition, they were flexible with the check-in time, which helped us a lot. I highly recommend the experience and I will definitely come back more often

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! My family traveled to Rio for a wedding and our stay was beyond our expectation. Their home had artistic decor which brought in details from outside into the home. Wonderful expansive views of the ocean and fun to watch beach activities. Easy access to beach even beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Kitchen was well equipped and home was spotless. Rodolfo and Derek were very responsive when asking for help with suggestions about tours, shopping and more. We had a bathroom issue which they responded quickly. Always felt safe and doormen were sweat hearts. Great options for dinner, shopping and Roxy show was recommended by Rodolfo and was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

Maria, as a host, was excellent at all times of the stay, and proactive at all times. The place in the photo is beautiful, and the view too, but in person it's surreal, much more. I got the stay I was looking for: to feel at home, but in another place, and I did, I already felt at home. Saying goodbye was hard, it was so good. I'd like to come back more often.

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The view is even more beautiful than in the photos, the space is wonderful, close to the beaches and with a wonderful energy!!! Marli was super solicitous 🫶🏼 I'll definitely come back more often.

Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. I cried a lot. Vcs deserve the world of happiness Arthur! Thank you so much for everything. And we've already heard of the wonderful novelty. What is already perfect will be unforgettable. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

Throughout the stay, the host Magda was extremely polite and flexible with what we requested, the apartment is close to Ipanema beach so you can walk there easily. Everything is well organized and quiet, I will return other times. I recommend it.
