We are very close to Shopping Tijuca, the subway, bus stops, Maracanã Stadium, McDonald's, Saens Peña Square, Shopping 45, Varnhagen Square (gastronomy) and Mundial Supermarket. We have a very comfortable new bed, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and everything you need =). My space is good for couples or even if you're traveling alone. My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.

Compact, functional, and well-located studio. We are located in Engenho de Dentro, close to Engenho, with easy access to expressways, and the Galeão Airport and beaches are both 15 minutes away. Parking, Wi-Fi, convenience store, and a kitchenette for guest use. Everything has been thought out for a peaceful stay in a fully furnished studio.
