The apartment located in Portoferraio is in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from the beach of Ghiaie and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
