Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Río Piedras

Place was very easy to find. Very clean, but area is quite noisy since the location of the Airbnb is off of a busy road. It’s exactly what I needed simple spacious room with a small kitchen. Just perfect for just a few nights for my husband and I.

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

I stayed for a week while my teenage son was attending summer camp. I was able to work on the desk / wifi all day, went out in the evenings for dinner. Will definitively consider coming back for similar stay. Host very responsive.

A gem of a stay! Last-minute booking was a breeze, check-in was seamless with clear directions, and the host was quick to respond and flexible when I needed it most (post-run recovery after a late flight = clutch). The pepperminty soap was a refreshing touch, and the location? Perfect—walking distance to Kasalta, the beach, and all the Loiza Street gems. Gas station at the end of the block for late night snacks. Heads up: hot water feels solar-heated, so expect a warm, sun-kissed shower, not a steam bath—still a luxury in my book. Would absolutely rebook.

Our host went extra miles to make sure our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. His place was easy to find. Very clean. It was perfect for a single person or a couple. Bed was really comfortable with new and clean mattress. The two air conditioners were perfect because it was really hot outside. Fresh pain on the whole inside and outside of the property. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Jose for let us stay with you in short notice and for being so kind with us!

Daniel was a great host and responded to all questions on time. Also suggested few options around. Place was clean and tidy as shown in the picture. Really enjoyed the stay with the sound of birds chirping..

Angels place is located great from the airport, beaches and restaurants. Was troublesome to find at first but that was due to the gps. The place was nice and clean with wonderful A/C which was needed after a hot day at the beach. Would highly recommend booking again if I came back to PR.

This place was exactly what I needed so that I could spend most of the time visiting friends and family in the island. Very peaceful. I recommend Ilia’s ABB and will stay there again.

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Location a bit confusing till you get it after that okay! The one think I recommend is living 2 bottles of WATER and a anote to the next costumer to get drinking water !!! Other wise excellent place to stay closer to everything. THANK YOU, ROSE

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
