Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riola Sardo

Unexpectedly good stay. We got there and thought the town was dead but it comes alive. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. 5 mins walk to the bus which takes you to all the beaches - which are 30 - 40 mins away. 5 mins to supermarket. Giovanna was super helpful and they have everything you need for the beach as well. Recommend staying here

Logement très confortable et propre, belle décoration, bien équipé, notamment une TV HD connectée (YouTube etc..). Wifi top. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus 👍 Tout pour se sentir à l’aise, comme chez soi, et même mieux ! Giacomo était toujours joignable et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Quartier calme, et parking dans la rue sans problème tous les soirs. Un super airbnb pour explorer le sud de la Sardaigne. Je recommande vivement!

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

Google maps led us to back of the building but Mariella kindly helped us navigate to the right way to get in. She met us at the building and helped us into parking garage and welcomed us to the apartment. An absolutely beautiful high end beautifully appointed apartment. The ocean and city views from the floor to ceiling glass doors and deck was magnificent. As Canadians we had some confusion about how to use the European style appliances. But everything was like new. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Sleeping was excellent with great beds and quiet nights. There is a bike path near by that takes you into and around the harbour area and old city. We will be back soon I hope. Thank you Mariella.

l'alloggio di Ele è semplice e funzionale,ha tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere un' ottima vacanza,dispone di un cortile interno dove ho potuto parcheggiare lo scooter in tutta tranquillità. Ele poi,mi ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e sui locali dove cenare. cinque minuti a piedi sei in centro. La zona è tranquillissima Che altro dire, è stato come essere a casa

Soggirono passato nel migliori dei modi. Posizione ottima, ben servita e vicinissima al centro. Dotata di tutti i confort, ben organizzata e pulita. Unica nota negativa un pò rumorosa a causa della posizione che si affaccia su una strada trafficata e la finestra della camera da letto non è apribile se non per uno spiraglio in alto che non mi è stato possibile chiudere. Nel complesso tutto molto buono.

Matteo è stato disponibile fin da subito con indicazioni facili da seguire e con interesse nel soddisfare eventuali nostre richieste specifiche (anche arrivando la sera, Matteo ci ha accolti di persona). La casa è ben curata, fornita di tutto il necessario (compresi elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti) e soprattutto pulita e ordinata. La posizione è ottima: la casa è inserita in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dai servizi di prima necessità (supermercati, farmacia, panificio, ecc.). Consigliatissimo.

Wat valt er nog over te zeggen wat niet eerder vermeld is. Het huis van Stefania is van de buitencategorie. Echt heel stijlvol, mooi maar ook praktisch ingericht. Lunamatrona is een authentiek dorpje, weg van het massatoerisme maar je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Parco della Giaro is vlakbij en biedt mooie wandelingen. Wil je toch naar het strand dan zijn de prachtige stranden van de costa verde nog altijd goed bereikbaar met de auto. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug.

Excellent emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied. Facilité pour garer la voiture ce qui est un plus à Bosa. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien agencé. Hôte réactif et attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Super hôte et super séjour. Accueil au top : il y avait beaucoup de choses fournies : de quoi boire, manger, se laver, se sécher... ça a été un vrai bonus pour notre bonheur et arriver cool après le voyage. En plus Emanuele nous avait donné pleins d'infos sur l'environnement de la maison : supérette, accès à la plage, restaurants, infos touristiques... bref, un accueil au top comme nous n'avions jamais eu auparavant dans nos nombreuses expériences air bnb. Et cool aussi : la climatisation dans les chambres qui nous a permis de bien dormir même en période de canicule Sarde. Bref, nous recommandons la maison d'Emanuele.

Gianpietro war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir hatten via Chat Kontakt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, zudem sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es dauert nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Mit den im Haus vorhandenen Rädern gelangt man auch zu anderen Buchten. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns für 10 Tage ermöglicht, die Westküste mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erkunden. Alles war insgesamt wirklich so schön, dass wir gerne einfach noch länger geblieben wären. Auch hier nochmals vielen Dank an Gianpietro! Es war unglaublich schön! Der Kontakt zu dir war immer sehr hilfreich, wenn ich Fragen hatte!

Geschmackvoll und mit Stil renoviertes altes Haus im Dorfkern. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit qualitativ sehr guten Geräten; alles sehr neu. Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Laden (General Store) gerade beim Haus. Naturnahe Umgebung mit Hügeln und Feldern; in der Ferne die Giara di Gesturi sichtbar (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert). Leider war der auf Airbnb prominent (Hauptbild) dargestellte Pool nicht aufgestellt (bei über 30 Grad🥵); dies sollte bei der Buchung kommuniziert werden.

Stare nella casa di Massimiliano ci è sembrato un po' come essere a casa nostra! In più l'accoglienza è stata ottima, i consigli pure, Massimiliano è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La zona ci è piaciuta tantissimo, buona posizione per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose, siti archeologici e paesini. Soggiorno consigliato!

Très bien reçu par Carmen et Lorena. Merci encore a elles. Logement très propre avec tout le confort, parfaitement adapté pour un couple. Terrasse extérieure super dans une petite cour. Bien situé au centre de la mignonne petite ville d'Arbus. Tous commerce a proximité. Super séjour.

Great central location. Easy to find free parking. Found many great restaurants close by. We would stay here again!

The unit was modern, chic, and almost brand new. However, one of the bedrooms was quite small; it would be perfect for two children. The view of the ocean was beautiful, but there were empty lots next to the building, and the surrounding construction made it uncomfortable to spend time on the balcony. For the price, I suggest adding more amenities, such as beach towels, higher-quality bathrobes and towels, additional hangers, and perhaps some games. We cannot bring all these items as tourists flying in from the U.S. The co-host, Damiano, was excellent! He was very responsive and attentive, making us comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you!
