Les murs en pierre et la cheminée présents dans le logement ne manqueront pas de faire effet.

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre chambre d'hôtes située au rez de chaussée de notre maison . Le prix comprends la nuitée et les petits déjeuners composés de produits bio ou locaux. Les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis , le ménage est assuré par nos soins à la fin du sejour. De septembre à juin nous vous proposons un panier repas pour 2 personnes à 33 €(soupe maison,terrine d'Auvergne, St Nectaire fermier,pain maison,verrine de fromage blanc avec fruits)+7€ avec une Btl de Chateaugay.

This 35m2 cottage is attached to the guesthouse but separated by a central room that allows guests to have the desired tranquility in a large wooded green space. The accommodation has a double bed in a bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room easily accommodating 4 people. A baby bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Very nice accommodation to offer a pleasant stay for the whole family. Come and discover Auvergne, its volcanoes and lakes. We are located close to all amenities, and transport (close to the Cézeaux sports complex, facs and the city center) The studio can accommodate 4 people max with a 2-person bed and a sofa bed (Washing machine, washing machine, 2 televisions including one connected (Netflix, Amazon, etc.). Attached garden, barbecue, trampoline for children.
