In the heart of the medieval city of Rions, discover this small outbuilding located in the inner courtyard of Clos Cardez, whose main house dates from the 16th century. From your windows you can admire the old building with Basque-Béarnaise architecture and its beautiful noble tower. The accommodation, with a surface area of 65 m2, has a beautiful living room with a large fully equipped open kitchen, an independent bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Our house is in a pleasant setting, the flower garden and the smell of wisteria will make you feel like you're somewhere else. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.

Please note that this house is my primary residence. It saw my kids grow up. I put a lot of heart and especially a lot of energy into restoring it, and I continue to maintain it as best I can. When you enter my house, you should be seduced by the charm of the old, you will discover my decoration, my photos... I bet you will take care of my house as if it were your own and that you will enjoy this place.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
