Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Furnished in a simple and elegant way, the white color and wood will make you feel immediately on vacation as soon as you enter the large living room. You will feel like you are on an island in Greece, with the false ceiling of beams and reeds, the concrete double bed as well as the TV cabinet and bathrooms. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
