Come and relax in this warm and comfortable house, listed as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, ideally located in a popular area, a short walk from the lake and its landscaped banks, a 5-minute walk from the thermal baths and the "Grand Marché", 5 minutes from the Brasserie Bocuse and 8 minutes from the heart of the city. Pleasant shaded courtyard terrace where you can enjoy meals. Free and relatively easy parking in the area. All shops are within a 5-minute walk. Pets welcome upon request.

Design apartment in an old palace

In an old palace with a delicate old-fashioned charm, located at the heart of the thermal and shopping district, a bright apartment renovated in 2021 by a decorator. It offers a splendid view of the roofs of the city, the living room is cosy and warm, the kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms offer storage spaces, Wifi (fiber), safety deposit box, games, household linen... Everything is designed to make you spend the most pleasant stay. Please note: Not suitable for children under six years old.

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

Come and recharge your batteries in peace, lulled by the music of the water and the rustling of the leaves. In the shade of the trees, in full sun or under the snow, you will enjoy this break in our indoor cabin. Stroll along the paths to discover the biodiversity of the Black Woods. Since March 2022, we have been partners with LIVRADOIS FOREZ, a regional natural park in Auvergne. Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

It is located 8 km from Vichy, 2.5 km from St Yorre where all the shops are, 2 km from Château de Guérinet, 2.5 km from Château de Maulmont and 8 km from Château de Mons. The cottage is located between Vichy and Thiers.
