Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Neka vam sve bude jednostavnije u ovom mirnom smještaju koji se nalazi u centru lijepog primorskog mjesta koje je jedno od najstarijih naselja u Boki kotorskoj.Ulica je prekrivena kamenim mozaikom iz ll vijeka. Pogled na planine i more.Kafici,restorani,prodavnice,posta,park,plaze...sve je na udaljenosti od 10 minuta hoda. Imate dvije zajednicke terase da se opustite uz casu vina ili vaseg omiljenog pica i uzivate u pogledu.

Boka Bay Beach House

This cosy beach house is located in a small village in Boka Bay. Every house has it’s own beachfront. There are two fisherman in the village where you can eat fresh fish, and 400m from the house is Bajova Kula beach, that has a restaurant and a bar. Nearest market is 2km from the house in Perast. If you want to have a real relaxing vacation this is the perfect place :)
