Located near the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation : The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and linens are provided. Heating wood pellet stove. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential neighborhood, only passing by residents of the neighborhood. Cozy, clean and healthy apartment of 38m2 located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby ( between 100 and 500 meters ) , the post office, bakeries, supermarket , bars/ tobacco etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul at 20 minutes (possible shuttles) + the Queyras/Ecrins at 30 minutes. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to satisfy.

Apartment of 25m² on the snow front, facing south, bright and refurbished located on the 1st floor of a residence. The residence has 3 exits, 2 on the snowmobile and 1 landside. Comfortable one bedroom apartment with pool and sauna (in operation during the opening period of Risoul 1850 station, from mid-December to mid-April and in July/August. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked. Apartment located at the foot of the slopes.
