A cozy cottage with an ocean view in a tranquil island, a place where you can start to explore the beauty of Vesterålen. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. I would love to share those moments with all of you. Welcome to our place and make your own memory to bring home.

Cabin in the woods between Lofoten and airport

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. The holiday home has: • Livingroom, kitchen and bathroom/toilet on the main floor. • The bedrooms are on the first floor with sloped loft and low doors. • Can accommodate up to 8 persons in two bedrooms and one loftroom. • The house is fully equipped for all housekeeping needs including Restored 2012. My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets).It's also a quiet and quiet area, without the heavy traffic noise as it's not on the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Homely "barn" between fjord and mountains.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

The first part of the access is steep, having physical challenges this place is not for you. The cabin has electricity and water, with access to a camping shower in the shower cabin and sauna.
