Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

"Forbord Dome" is an exclusive glamping experience for two people in the heart of nature. You can sleep under the stars, enjoy the panoramic view over the Trondheim Fjord, catch a magical sunset or see the amazing northern lights if you are lucky. The dome is a full 23 square meters with a window in the roof and in the front, and it is located on a two-level terrace with a seating area and a fire pit. There are many great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. How about a hike to the top of "Forbordsfjellet"?

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
