Στο πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια ένα WC και ένας ενιαίος χώρος κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό που βγαίνει σε ένα μπαλκόνι με θέα τον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού.
