The four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms make this the perfect homebase for families & groups. Besides the open layout & high ceilings, the original claw-foot bathtub and furnished outdoor patio space are two other luxuries. The newly renovated granite top kitchen can handle any culinary plans you may have in mind including an entire dining area. The well-maintained wooden swirl steps from the 1800’s & exposed brick sprinkled on the top floor floods the space with character. The owner or a representative is always available in case of an emergency, and only a phone call away. Rittenhouse is one of the oldest, most prestigious areas in Philadelphia. Originally named Southwest Square, Rittenhouse Square was renamed after a famous Philadelphian astronomer and hosted some of the city’s most popular happenings all year round. One minute walk to the famous Rittenhouse park, local shops and restaurants. Few minutes walking to public transportation.

Not only will you be surrounded by all that center city has to offer but as a guest of mine you will be greeted as a celebrity with guest robes, slippers, eye masks as well as a cozy fireplace, 50 inch smart tv and a lieu of games. Free laundry/soap on premises. A complete coffee and tea bar are also available. Your studio is equipped with seasonings and all cooking and eating utensils as well. To accommodate any work or school there is a floating desk and free WiFI.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.
