Holiday rentals with a patio in Riumar

Lovely apartment & city, we had a wonderful stay and hope to return :)

Would 100 percent recommend this place if you like the beach, the sea, swimming and exploring coastal paths. Salou town is a 40 minute walk and worth going to. Loved the private balcony which made it feel very homely.

From the best I've rented on airbnb. I was a luxury month. Sparkling, impeccable home with all the comforts you can have in your home, not to mention even better. Comfortable bed, quiet place, there is parking very close, I left without desire for reservation reasons.

we had a wonderful time at Oscar's apartment. He met us on arrival and gave us lots of valuable information to make sure we enjoyed the city in our short stay, tailoring recommendations to our interests. the apartment itself is the most well equipped AirBnB I've stayed in, with stuff for cooking, cleaning, the bathroom, and even the beach. Great location too, come out the door and you're into the old town. Thank you Oscar!

very nice place with the terrasse with great sea views. the beach and the coast pathways are great! ricardo and eva are great hosts and the place is great with kids with the beach toys/ ping pong table & board games. we enjoyed our stay there for 4 days!

This place is amazing. Brilliant location and responsive host. I would however recommend a welcome pack with basic info. Key info not obvious from the listing: several floors up with a great lift. Small supermarket next door had everything we needed. Lovely walks in both directions to great bars and restaurants. Very few English tourists which was lovely. The apartment gets great sun in the morning so you can chill AM before walking the few feet to the beach PM before a sundowner at the beach cocktail bar. The height of the apartment means that the limited traffic is neither visible nor noisy when sitting down - it’s soo lovely listening to the waves from the balcony and we spent hours soaking up the views and sounds. If you are more than one small family ask for extra keys as it gives you flexibility. Enter and exit the car park through the entrance as the pavement ramp on exit is shocking. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The proximity to beautiful beaches is undoubtedly its main asset. A downside on the neighborhood, and towels would be welcome.

We had a lovely stay! The flat is very spacious and has everything you need. The double bed is comfortable, and the apartment is full of natural light thanks to its large exterior windows in the bedroom, lounge, and kitchen. The highlight was definitely the fantastic terrace overlooking the city and the sea — it’s big enough to enjoy a coffee, a drink, or even a meal while taking in the view. The only downside was a bit of a strong smell in the bathroom (nothing too bad, and it might have been due to nearby construction work). Maria was also kind enough to let us check out late on Sunday (at 4 PM), which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely come back!

First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and grill. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mold spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

We had a very quiet weekend surrounded by nature. 💚 And being able to be with the horses next to the house was wonderful. Thank you very much

We found a very well located, cozy, clean and tidy accommodation; with fans, mosquito nets and other utilities. Jorge was friendly and helpful at all times. He gave us tips to make our stay as comfortable as possible and made it easy for us to check in and check out, adapting to our schedule of activities in the area. Highly recommended! Thank you!

A really beautiful Airbnb for animals & humans! You immediately feel at home! A small gesture for the dogs was also thought of 🐶 Very attentive and dear host. The location is beautiful, very close to the sea. Highly recommended!🥰☀️

Very cozy house in a very good location the area is very quiet, perfect for spending the holidays with family or friends, everything super clean the one equipped with everything you could need!, And Oscar is a wonderful guy, very attentive to everything we needed, we will repeat 100%!!

Very satisfied. Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Nice view on the beach. David was very easy to reach and was always there for us when needed. Upon arrival, you will be surprised with a delicious homemade cake. We will book this accommodation again soon.

The accommodation is perfectly as described, the sea view is splendid and the perfect location to enjoy the soft sound of the waves... Just note the number of steps needed to access the accommodation!… But for the rest everything was perfect.

Good place. Bedrooms didn’t have any fans or cooling but it was ok. Floors could use some cleaning. Overall good place to spend a night

Paula was extremely responsive and helpful from our first enquiry right through to check out. The apartment was beautiful and located centrally in Salou, without being too loud. There was quite a bit of noise in the evenings on Friday and Saturday, but I think that's to be expected given the location. Thank you Paula, we really enjoyed our stay 😊

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very kind and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !
