On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

The apartment consists of a living room with terrace overlooking the sea, spacious and open kitchen on the living room, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one with shower. It is very comfortable and furnished with love. It is an excellent starting point to visit the Cinque Terre, Portofino and its surroundings, Genoa and the unexplored Ligurian hinterland.

Beautiful 50 m2 sea view and completely renovated appartment distant few meters from the sea. It is in typical ligurian style and is situated on the 3 floor (no elevator). We can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child (travel cot on request). It has 1 master bedroom and living room with sofa bed and comfortable memory mattress and smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bathroom has a spacious shower. We also have air conditioning and WiFi.

We spent a week here at the end of January and were just happy to have found this apartment! The apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) corresponds to the description. We enjoyed the glazed veranda with the unobstructed view over the sea and spent most of our time there. The beds were perfect for us. Location is unique & was very quiet this time of year. Riva Trigoso is a small village where local life takes place: Even in winter, restaurants/bars/shops are open. The place is easily accessible by public transport, hiking trails are at your doorstep. – We missed the apartment only information material/notes for hiking trails, restaurants/shops, opening hours, timetables (www addresses would suffice), rules for disposal, emergency addresses. A second key would be helpful. If you want to cook at home, you would be happy about better knives & have to know that there is nothing in basic food.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need and attention to detail. The added value is the proximity to the sea: you can see it from the bedroom window. Marta is very kind and available to meet our needs. We'll be back next month

Taste of the Sea in the heart of Riva Trigoso

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalenas place! She is a great host, very friendly, helpful and fast to respond. The apartment is nice and clean and has all the amenities that you need for a pleasant vacation at the sea, including the sun umbrellas:) It's located 3 min away from the beach by walking in a cute and quite part of the town. There is a great bakery right across the street and few good restaurants nearby. The beach itself I found even nicer than the famous Spiaggia Baia del Silenzio - the water was cleaner and the beach itself was less full. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the vacation at the sea. The apartment is also a great base if you want to explore the famous places such as Portofino or Cinque Terre - both are reachable by car / train in about 40m - 1h. You can get to the main touristy area of Sestri Levante in about 5 min by car.

Renata came to pick us up at the Sestri station with Ligurian focaccia (delicious) since we arrived at lunchtime. While she accompanied us to the accommodation, she showed us all the routes and places where we could eat cheaply. During the stay, she was always available by phone for any need. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay with the family( 4 adults). The welcome was perfect, our hosts were extremely responsive to arrival . We greatly appreciated the kindness with which we were received. The apartment was spacious, with good lottery, very beautiful and equipped with all the basics for cooking and cleaning. The situation is ideal. Close to the sea, bars and restaurants and food shops. The Train station is easily walkable to visit the 5 lands . Thank you bcp Vittoria & Franca for this stay . We'll be happy to go back!!!
