Perfect for a family with children! The property is quite big with enough room for large groups and the grill area is close to the swimming pool. Miguel is a great host and was ready to help anytime.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Madrid. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and walking distance to almost anywhere in central Madrid. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a large main one with both a shower and a bath, and has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite being in such a central location. Our family of four - including two small children - stayed at Gigi’s apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We especially loved that immediately upon exiting the building you would come onto a pedestrian street in the center of the city ready to start your day. We also greatly appreciated Gigi’s responsiveness and support throughout our stay. In sum, we loved our time and would stay here again during our next visit.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot in Madrid, yet the street feels private and peaceful — nights were quiet despite the central location. The space is spacious and full of character, with high vaulted ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and a quirky, artsy decor which made it a lovely place for us and our kids. The communal areas had a great vibe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place offered amazing value. Highly recommended — a unique and comfortable home base in the heart of the city!

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. The apartment is very nicely decorated and cozy. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is colorful and mostly free of tourists, and reasonably close to everything.

A great house! Gema prepared the pool so we could use it. It has a great and comfortable patio where we were super comfortable and the surprise we got when we saw that there were turtles😊. The only thing I could say as bad, the heat accumulated upstairs at night. It is very easy to get there and the access is very well explained

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and the pool are 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. She even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

Vicente is a perfect host, he does everything to make us feel good. The house is large, there were 6 of us and it was impeccable! there is everything as at home (towel, shower gel, all kitchen utensils and breakfast items). The metro is 12 min walk and about 50 min from the apartment to reach the center via the metro. you will have peace of mind when you arrive at the apartment. Super nice terrace!

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Very nice apartment, exactly as advertised and quiet. Very well located outside the tourist center, so quieter, and close to several metro stations. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend it.
