Lovely place to stay! Kate was great thank you for being so accommodating. Would definitely stay again! The only thing I have to say is in the amenities it says there was air-conditioning which we didnt have in our room unfortunately. We stayed a super hot weekend so it would have been nice to have, but didnt effect our stay too much just a little hot!

I had a warm welcome at Chris & family home. He explained everything from the beginning of my booking. I had no question, all was clear. Walking distance to lovely York city centre. Comfortable bed. Sometimes they turn off the heating so I used the little one in the room. Whenever I need something he was there to help. My stay was short but I would come again.
