Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Self contained Apartment with private garden

Annexe No 9 is a bright, modern and very well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Close to the centre of Cambridge, The Annexe is ideally suited for short or longer term stays, for both leisure and business traveller. Superbly equipped, with free private parking and a private garden with lawn and patio, this apartment will be a very comfortable choice. Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

The Garden Annexe in Cambridge

This room is in an annexe to the main house, and looks out on to the rear garden.Ithas it's own entrance accessed with a key. It leads on to the rear secure garden where there is space to keep a bicycle. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is an en suite shower room . A continental style breakfast can be provided for a reasonable charge or alternatively use of a kitchen for you to store food and provide your own.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

The Gray room

Good sized room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, desk lamp, two bedside tables with lamp. Towels will be provided as will a hairdryer . There is a shared shower room BREAKFAST Breakfast of toast, cereal and fruit. Tea coffee and fruit juice. PARKING Parking is free on the street outside my home. We sometimes have parking space on our driveway.

The Coach House, close to Cambridge

A charming old coach house, offering characterful, comfortable and well-maintained accommodation for 1-2 guests. In a peaceful, sunny garden, in a village 5 miles from Cambridge centre. Easy travel into Cambridge by car, rail or bus. London is also accessible by train. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly bookings

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
