Holiday rentals with a home theatre in River Cetina

This is a real gem. The host is very responsive. The apartment is very clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the shower has great water temperature and pressure. There are many windows that let in natural light. Plus is cold AC and a washer. I would absolutely stay here again and again! Thank you!!

We have had an amazing stay at Peter's place. The flat looks better than in the photos and it was super clean. We loved the local feel of residential area, it felt safe and friendly. What we enjoyed the most was great sleep and no noise - which was an issue when we were staying in Split Old town. I highly recommend this place and to be honest can't wait to book in on my return trip to Split.

Perfect place for us with private pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Tidy and clean and great service from the host! So nice and accessible throughout the stay and arranged if there was anything. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Filip was very accommodating for our arrival. Accommodation is nice, bedding very comfortable. Caution: - there is no air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms. It didn't bother us, we left the bedroom door open. - if you want to enjoy the terrace, the outside is very noisy. Not disturbing for us either because after a day wandering in the heat, we were happy to be inside with the air conditioning! There was no coffee machine during our stay but again with the heat we didn't miss it. We had a great time!

Simply delighted. The apartment is in a prime location, very beautiful and tastefully furnished. It’s easy to access, with parking right in front. We felt at home. The beach is close and great for kids. There’s a small shop nearby, and for bigger shopping, we went to Šibenik, where there's a market and a fish market. The owners, Sanja and Ivica, are very kind and always available. We were impressed by their warm welcome. All praise and highly recommended.

Antonija & her husband couldn't have been better hosts, they are so friendly, helpful & answered all our questions. They provided a travel cot (& bedding) & a highchair. We enquired about whether they had a bath in the villa (as we have a toddler) which at the time they didn't but they had one installed before our arrival, we couldn't be more appreciative. They clearly want guests to feel at home, the villa is finished beautifully & so thoughtful of those staying here. We loved the pizza restaurant & bakery a few minutes away, the view was pretty & peaceful. We loved the pool with the added bonus of it being heated. We didn't use the hot tub but it is a great addition. Our son loved the play area too. We also loved the outdoor cinema, it was a great way to spend our evenings. Blackout blinds & bug doors were brilliant! The local town of Šibenik was perfect, lovely restaurants, shops and culture. We stayed here for Krka & loved it! We had a wonderful holiday - thank you both so much.

We had a fantastic experience, centrally located to the old town of Sibenik everything within walking distance, Kartarina was super helpful with all our questions and was an amazing host, would certainly stay here again. Hvala puno!

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

Filip was very polite and generous. He showed us all activities in croatia and was very kind. The house was very clean and he also cleaned the pool every morning! It was a great experience and we would come again! Thank you.

Petar's place was a dream We stayed with 3 kids in his newly built house in Loverec. The decor and all the little things made it a really nice vacation. The pool was of course the highlight for the kids. in terms of its furnishings, everything you need is there for kitchen utensils ( e.g. Dish towels, dishwasher tabs, detergent, garbage bags, etc.), everything was there! up to enough towels. Petra was available 24/7 for all questions, we received a direct answer. He was on site check in and out. even an early check-in was no problem, because we arrived earlier as planned. Petar was there within 30 minutes and gave us the keys. 😊 Loverec is a very quiet place to Split to the beaches it is a good 50 min drive by car the next coves are about a 30-minute drive. A tip beforehand looking for parking is almost impossible to find anything. Overall, we'd love to come back ❤️

Jana’s place was delightful! Such a great house with so many perks (pool, cinema room, ping pong) Absolutely loved our stay in this gem of a place. The location is very peaceful and offers views in to the valley. That being said there aren’t any big shops close by so you either need a car or need to do a big shop beforehand. All in all it’s a great place and fantastic spot to get away from things and relax by the pool

Stjepan and his mum greeted us on arrival and were very pleasant and interested in us and our travels. Both were extremely helpful and you wouldn’t get nicer hosts, even helping with luggage and giving us access to the garage for parking. Drinks and biscuits for us on arrival and instructions on how everything worked as well as directions to the beach and town. The spacious Balcony has amazing views and plenty of room to eat outside. Part of the family live above which helps make it feel safer and more homely. We had regular visits from Georgia the cat from upstairs which we loved as cat owners ourselves. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, pan and piece of equipment you could think of. All soaps, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, toilet paper and loads of towels provided. All in all, amazing hosts, great apartment with superb views and parking makes this a great choice. Would definitely stay again.
