The apartment was cute and cozy! Exactly as depicted in the photos. Great location with walkable spots for coffee/food. Very short Uber ride to popular locations! Jeffery was very responsive and friendly! I would stay here again in the future!

Cozy and comfortable

Sabrina and Gary are wonderful hosts and the Carriage House is private, well located, and well kept for a wonderful stay. Have stayed here more than once, and would return again.

My friend and I loved our stay at the Carriage House! So quaint and cozy. The neighborhood area is beautiful and quiet. The listing was exactly as described! The bedroom upstairs is gorgeous! And the bed so comfortable. Claire was very communicative and helpful with local recommendations. Love the dog friendliness of this space! Would definitely recommend! :)

Stephanie’s place is filled with the greatest features from bathroom towel rack heater to electronic blinds. She’s got all the upgrades. Definitely worth the price you pay. She is amazing to communicate with. Extremely helpful and leaves you to your privacy.

Amazing hosts, very responsive, great place to stay overall! Comfortable beds, perfect space and amenities. Very near RiNo, Denver Central Market, Convention Center and museums :) Very easy access to public transport, less than a block away.

I am in love with this place! It is beautifully done with a spacious outdoor area and kitchen was well stocked. My son kept saying how much he loved it (: The bed and living room were incredibly comfortable and I look forward to staying again in the future!

Cory’s place was great! It is very cozy, well equipped, modern and clean. The neighborhood is walkable and there is Sprouts within walking distance. Cory was very communicative and accommodating, gave us plenty of local recommendations, and was very attentive and flexible. Extra paw for being dog friendly! There is even a small fenced in yard which is very convenient when traveling with a pet. Overall, great place and host, highly recommended!

We had such a nice time during our stay at this property! The cottage was clean and homely, and the neighborhood was pretty good too!

Shawn’s place is perfect for a weekend getaway in Denver. Tons to do nearby on Tennyson street. Easy to get around on the scooters or walk. The place was spotless and so cute and well put together. Bed was SO comfy, bathroom and kitchen are amazing as well. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Nima was very kind and accommodating, he’s willing to help with little complications that come up with traveling like needing to check in sooner or later & having a shared space available if your bnb isn’t ready yet. My room had basics like sauces in the fridge, waters, towels & toiletries. Grills and the bonfire in the front both have propane available and if you need anything he’s responsive on the BNB app. I would definitely recommend staying here & plan on returning in the future when I want to visit Colorado.

We had a wonderful week with Bret's unit. It was clean and comfortable. I don't typically book pet properties, but this one is very clean! Bed was comfy, nice and updated unit. The outdoor space on the top was a plus at the end of long days of traveling around. We used this as home base and did day trips. It is in a up and coming neighborhood, very close to the stadium. Parking can be tricky, but we always found a space. Would stay again! Thanks for being a gracious host!

This is our 2nd time staying here. We stayed here last year couldn't have had a better time. So when we planned our next trip to Denver we knew exactly where to stay. This AirBnb is a gem of a find! You have your own small private house which is so cutely decorated, very clean and has all the amenities --and then some. The kitchen is generously stocked with snacks and drinks, coffee and teas. Our favorite is the peaceful patio filled with native plants from Colorado.Wonderful to sit outside with your coffee in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet. The location is just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store, or short drive/Uber to locations in and around Denver. Finally, Mary & Seth are the ultimate host/hostess. We always enjoyed (and loooked fwd to!) our chats with them and they are so helpful if you need tips/suggestions on things to do. If you are looking for convenience and a quiet, private place to stay - this is it.

Easy check in and out, very clean and updated, nice view of the stadium and good walking path to the stadium as well, kid friendly also!

Everything was above and beyond! We arrived well after we were expecting due to flight delays but Keith made sure we were taken care of! The lights were left on and he even left some drinks and a welcome note for us. Everything felt brand new and was squeaky clean and any amenities we could dream of were included. The location was perfect- we took advantage of walks to Sloans Lake and several near by restaurants. Keith was nice enough to notice my son had a lacrosse shirt on and offered some lacrosse sticks for us to use when we didn’t have activities planned for that day. We were incredibly comfortable- everything from the beds to the shower and couch were great. My husband was shocked at how reasonable it was priced for what we got. If we ever make it out this way again, we will absolutely take advantage of this spot! My kiddo didn’t want to leave.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Adam was extremely communicative and provided helpful instructions on how to find the entrance (since you access the unit from any alley). The finishings and decor are adorable. This would be a great place to stay for a couple visiting.

Great apartment, great location.

Great location and airbnb! Walkable to many local things as well as being close to the both stadiums (Coors Field & Mile High) in downtown Denver. We enjoyed our stay so much! Nicole had great recommendations and we will definitely be back! Guesthouse was very quiet and even had a parking spot!

We had a good stay at Eddie’s place. It was during a heatwave so there was not much to do outdoors but the space itself was lovely.
