Cabin holiday rentals in River Shannon

Cabin was beautiful, comfortable and very private. The view and surrounding area is very picturesque. Hot tub was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Hillside. Seamus is a superb host, and a gentleman. There were a lot of little extras, and attention to detail we did not expect. We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lorcan’s place. It was so beautiful. The views were incredible. Instructions were clear and Lorcan was quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was lovely and I really couldn’t recommend this place more.

We had the most amazing stay here at high acres Lodge. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by David. Sam's dad. Such a warm welcome he gave us. The cabin was prestine. Everything we needed was there. The hot tub was amazing. Views of the mountains also. We were actually sad leaving the cabin after our 2 fantastic days away,also sad saying goodbye to David and Mary who waved us off. We will certainly be returning. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Kamile’s cabin in Killarney! The wood-fired hot tub was such a relaxing treat it was warm and ready for us when we arrived, which was a lovely welcome. During our stay, we chose to light the hot tub ourselves and picked up timber from O’Sullivan’s Shop near Beaufort Bridge. Kamile provides everything you need, including fire starters and a lighter, and even offered extra towels, though we had brought our own. The cabin itself is beautifully set in a peaceful location, not far from the stunning Gap of Dunloe, which we visited on our way out highly recommend! The experience was smooth and cozy from start to finish. A great Airbnb in a fantastic setting would definitely stay again!

This was my second visit certainly not our last the privacy was the main aspect for us and the peaceful surroundings, and we had everything we needed little cupboard etc towels etc fresh smelling bed linen , I’ve been to a few cabins in different places and this outdone them all and was affordable

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the lakeside cabin, it is so peaceful and picturesque. Waking up each morning and looking out onto the lake was just stunning. The cabin is a lovely retreat to nature. We put our phones away and just enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and views. Mel is an extremely responsive and communicative host and made us feel right at home. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Would highly recommend the lakeside cabin.

We had a lovely in the cosy cottage. We had homemade bread,eggs,butter and milk which we enjoyed during our stay. Peter recommended local areas to explore and also provided 2 routes to follow which covered some fantastic villages And scenery. Recommendations were particularly good for dog walking as we had our puppy with us. Peter also cooked a wonderful 3 course meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved our stay at this idyllic location ! You are immersed in nature ..animals, bird song , wild flower meadow and the Turlough. The Cabins are have a simple design led cosy vibe . Off grid but everything you need for a relaxing stay. Roy is a friendly and attentive host. Location is fantastic ..close to Kinvarra . We enjoyed a pizza and pint at Tully’s after a good walk in the Burren . Both the Cabins and village are dog friendly . We will definitely return to this special place !

lovely quiet area, beautiful view. it was nice that it was separate from the main house, as we had plenty of privacy. check in was easy as thr door was left open for us. the area was very rural but still not too far from the town (we only had bikes and had no problem getting in and out of town)

We stayed at Isabelle’s place for a long weekend. The chalet was absolutely lovely and a short walk from the beach. Isabelle and Eoin were really kind and helpful and let us check in early which was appreciated after an early flight! Will definitely be returning, thanks to both of you for looking after us!

Pat and Nora were very friendly just a phone call away very helpful we were very copmfortable.We stayed last year and loved it so much we were on a return visit which we intend to do again doesnt that say a lot.All the best for now . Fond regards Margaret.

What a special place to stay! The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and lots of lovely ideas. It's a real little estate, romantic with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas. You mustn't be afraid of loneliness. We were there as a couple and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious for two, but you don't feel lost. It is possible to stay here with several people, but you should be aware that the house has an open-plan layout. For us, it was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is cosy! You can really sense that the hosts have furnished it for themselves and use it themselves. It feels like a real home. The bathroom with the shower is particularly worth mentioning. Very cool design! It was by far the best shower we had during our trip around Ireland! A place with character in the heart of the Irish countryside, where you feel completely at ease and can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Rating: highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in the cabin, beautiful spot in the mountains, and a gorgeous walk to the village for dinner through the woods trail. Great location for visiting the caves and the local archeology. Bats flew around the porch at night and we had a welcome visit from a local cat which the kids loved.

Perfect stay, Ideal for exploring Cliffs of Moher, Doolin and Aran islands. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was a personal favorite along with the Outdoor Sauna. Great place can’t fault it

This property and the host get very high reviews and it is so well deserved. As I write this …. I am waiting for a swarm to renter a hive …(I could post a picture… if I could post a picture here 😊). This is what can happen if one has to take a vacation in swarm season…. Lucky Q was clipped. Not forgetting Father and son H&C …. Go raibh mile Maith 👍

The Coop is a great place for you to stay if you are looking for cozy, peaceful spot to stay for a few nights. I felt right at home there and wished I could've stayed longer. It was in an easy location to find and to be based in for my outdoor activities in Glendalough and the surrounding areas in Co. Wicklow. Eunice is a great host and checks on you to ensure you have everything. I'd recommend staying here.

Forest View Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. From before we even arrived Laura was communicating with us about check in etc, really great host and kindly let us have a late check out. The cabin itself is so cosy, we loved the fire. The hot tub was such a treat. So private and peaceful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
