Our stay at James and Ciara's was just wonderful. As soon as we arrived there were so many thoughtful, luxurious touches that made all the difference after a long day of travel, from lovely smelling diffusers and candles and a roaring fire in the woodburner, to fancy Aesop hand soap and the comfiest pillows and mattress ever. There was also a welcome basket containing some treats such as wine and chocolate and Ciara's incredible homemade Irish soda bread. This is the kind of stuff that really makes a difference when staying in an Airbnb! The place was also spotlessly clean and everything was of very high quality. From the get go their communication was super prompt and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, always offering help, advice and recommendations. J&C are some of the nicest and warmest people you'll ever meet. We also got to meet some of their animals which our daughter LOVED, and the setting and outlook from the cottage is just beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs out there!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Donal war absolut großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Donal achtet sehr auf Details wie etwa liebevolle Blümchen aus dem Garten in den Zimmern. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von Donals Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft – er war immer schnell erreichbar und hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem Wichtigen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung! We loved our stay here - we will be back! We took our 10 month old and everything was provided that we needed which was so helpful! If you are travelling with kids in the summer, bring black out blinds with you! The floor-to-ceiling windows are GORGEOUS but our little one was up early. We will still bring her back though - it was worth it!

Wir sind ohne Koffer angekommen und es hat drei Tage gebraucht, bis wir sie bekommen haben. Von Anfang an hat uns Gabriele herzlich und liebevoll empfangen und mit allem versorgt, was wir gebraucht haben, so dass wir auch die ersten Ferientage genießen konnten. Wir haben uns völlig zuhause gefühlt. Es handelt sich nicht nur um eine Ferienwohnung, es ist ein komplettes kleines separates Haus auf dem Farmgelände, hübsch, liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Der Blick vom gemütlichen Frühstückstisch aus geht direkt aufs Meer und auf reges Vogelleben, z.B. auf zickzackjagende Schwalben, zutrauliche Rotkehlchen und Möwen. Ein fast verwunschenes Waldstück, in dem die Ziegenherde wohnt, grenzt fast direkt ans Haus. Weder im Wohnzimmer - deutsches TV- noch in den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett - englischsprachiges TV - oder in Küche und Bad hat es uns an irgendetwas gefehlt. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein großartiger Stützpunkt für Entdeckungstouren an der herrlichen Westküste.

We had a fabulous few days staying at The Stables. Breda and Joe have a lovely country property. We love the goodie left for us from Breda. Scones and bread both home made. The cottage is so well equipped with most things you’d need to get by but a Centra only a few minutes away has lots of options. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows and the fluffiest feather doona. The cottage is heated but we felt we didn’t need heating on as it’s very warm inside anyway but great if it turns cold. A bonus is the washer and dryer, we’d not been able to wash for several day so felt like all home comforts were covered. We loved the kitchen and dining area, great for preparing our meals. Breda has a vegetable and herb garden which she was happy for us to use, I made good use of salad stuff and herb. We got to meet Joe who was brings the horses back into the sheds, we got to see an 8 day old foal, such a highlight for me coming from Australia’s beach scene. We highly this place Fiona

Lucy is the best host I’ve met since I Started with Airbnb in 2013. She offered so much of her valuable local expertise, her home and her baked goods! She met us at the gate upon arrival and was always available to us. I love her farmhouse home: Rustic, smart, green, clean and filled with so many homey touches and cozy accountrements. The gardens and hot houses are bursting with life and some delicious fruits and veggies are available off the bush. A one of kind gem if you like nature and rustic living. Airbnb should feature this home as a prime example of the best types of experiences available on their platform.

My husband and I took our 3 children with us to site see all over Ireland and this cottage was absolutely wonderful. We needed something that could help accommodate our youngest at 2 years old, and our oldest at 12 years old. Not only was the cottage beautiful, but it was well equipped with toys, books, movies, pack n play, high chair, toddler plates, and a trampoline for the older kids. Fiona and her family were very kind and respectful to our privacy while still providing social interaction when we saw each other. Fiona provided great recommendations for bars, activities, etc. It was a great location to enjoy the peace and quiet, while still be close great sights and shopping, i.e. Galway, Aillweee Caves, and Cliffs of Moher.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Joan und Paul! Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und es gab alles was man braucht. Joan hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und als wir ankamen brannte schon der Kamin. Sie hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Suzanne's place was absolutely perfect. The beds were so comfy and the linen was so soft. The location is walking distance from doolin and the cliffs of moher trail 🤗 there is a lovely terrace with gorgeous rolling hills down to the sea. We had such a wonderful stay, thanks Suzanne ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy was a wonderful and generous host, and we loved the cabin with the beautiful view and Amy's alpacas and sheep in front of it. There was also the unexpected gift of seeing deer in the wild beyond the cabin. Siting on the decking in the comfortable rocking chairs was a treat. Also saw a wide variety of birds at the bird feeder.

This was a beautiful place to stay for a getaway ! It had everything you needed and the views from every angle were amazing! The location was ideal for a peaceful time away but also had everything we needed just a few minutes away in Foxford town and a close drive the the beautiful Enniscrone beach! Micheal was great to deal with, there if we needed anything and extremely kind and accommodating! We will absolutely be back and will recommend to friends and family ! 😊

Amazing place. Very quiet and cosy but extremely well equipped and kitted for eating in and cooking. David and Martina communicated very proactively and made us feel right at home and even introduced us to their felines. Will definitely return.

We loved everything about this place and Fiona and her sweet dog. It was our best stay in Ireland. We loved the bed, the walking distance to Donnellys and the beach, and the quietness and pretty home. Thanks for a wonderful stay Fiona!

Absolutely wonderful little house for a small family. My husband and two daughters (14 &12) adored this place and location. The Mountain View from the bed with the French doors was absolutely perfect. Sarah and Glynn and their dog puppy were gracious hosts and the house was clean and perfect location to lay your head at night and venture out during the day. Awesome shower with on demand hot water as well. Nice addition with their deer pets right outside as well. Sarah and Glynn also were very knowledgeable about all the must sees in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with James and Hazel. The accommodation left nothing to be desired. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime and highly recommend booking this accommodation. Best regards, Alexandra and Thomas

Peacefull ,,,lovely garden for morning coffee ,clean simple and fitted description , Once booked everything was clear ,location Key ,woodburner ,wifi etc , would book again if in locality

We had a great stay! We enjoyed getting to eat dinner outside and watching the sunset. We really appreciated being able to do a couple loads of laundry so we could pack lighter.

Toms place was beautiful the area was peaceful and a perfect location for what we needed.

Auf unserer Rundreise haben wir einen halt in Doolin gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist etwas kompliziert zu erreichen aber Sie ist es wert!! Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik ist super. In der Küche waren schon Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Öl. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Der Cliffs of Moher Trail ist in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. In Doolin selbst sind super Pubs und nette Menschen.

The place is very cozy and homely. Everything you need for a vacation is there. I highly recommend it. Kelly herself is a very helpful person and helps in any way she can. I really enjoyed it.

This was a fabulous find. Loved the apartment and location. It was central to many of our activities over 3 days. The host is excellent - friendly, perfect recommendations. Superb stay.

If you want to enjoy peaceful time and space in an emerald oasis, you have found it here. My spouse, friends and I felt right at home and enchanted by the landscape and accommodations. We each had a separate bedroom, beautifully appointed and comfortable beds. The kitchen and family room were our gathering spaces for connection and conversation. On the "wet rain" day, we enjoyed a movie from the hundreds available and offered by the host. Nick generously offered laundry facilities, tennis equipment, a trampoline and gorgeous walking trails. I highly recommend this welcoming opportunity for your travels.

What a beautiful home, and it truly felt like home. The views are absolutely stunning—imagine seeing a 3,000 year old stone fort while washing dishes and the ever changing colored sea right out the front windows. Bernie is the perfect host and her communication is instant. We hope to return!
