Super accommodation. Tasteful decor throughout, well equipped and soptlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Welcome extras on arrival. Had 2 cars, so allocated space and parking permits worked well. Amazing location right in the heart of Harrogate. Friendly host - excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying in Fiona & Gary's beautifully decorated well eqipped flat, and Gary helped us on arrival.The flat is just a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Bishop Auckland.

Couldn't of been happier with the apartment. Everything was very clean with plenty of room. The location for exploring Harrogate is perfect with very easy 5 minute walk to the centre, yet out of the way for it to be peaceful. Parking was really good too. Absolutely loved it. Thanks.

Thank you Lynn for a wonderful 4 days at your apartment. Bringing my mum and dad back to Sunderland after years away has been made so much nicer by having a perfect place to say. Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect 👌🏻 Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.

A gorgeous, peaceful place to stay for a long weekend. The flat is beautifully furnished and decorated and has everything you need provided. Very close to Gosforth High Street, which has loads of restaurants and bars, as well as handy shops like Sainsburys and Boots. We had great meals at the Brandling Arms and Tremelo Cafe. There's also lots of bus connections into Newcastle and beyond, so very easy to get around the area. I wouldn't hesitate to book the flat again.

Perfect weekend stay in this amazing apartment. Great location for a gentle amble into Harrogate. Every need is catered for and we felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Gorgeously furnished ..we seriously wanted to scoop the place up and transport it back home ! The added bonus of a bottle of perfectly chilled bubbly was very welcomed ! Will definitely return !

I like staying in Mary’s “cosy hideaway” so much I came back for a second visit. Both times I have found Mary to be a wonderful host and the apartment beautifully presented. Everything is clean and neat. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom spotless and the bedroom fresh and clean. In short, I can’t recommend it enough!

The flat is exactly as described and very close to local amenities.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was great, nestled right in the middle of Harrogate city centre meaning we just parked up when we arrived & didn’t have to move the car again until we left. Great restaurants & bars all in walking distance, golf & spa very close by too. Despite being in the heart of town there was no outside noise. The flat was perfect for us & if ever back in the area would book again in a heartbeat.

Stay with group of friends, lovely place, perfect location less than a mile walk into centre of beautiful Harrogate. Good parking on drive and road. Very large open plan living area and very comfortable cosy beds. Communication was excellent very responsive.

It's a lovely well-appointed ground floor apartment just across the river from the cathedral. Apart from the calming chimes of nearby St Oswald's Church, it's a lovely quiet space with a large comfy bed and excellent overhead shower.

Wow! The apartment is absolutely stunning. Although the photos are accurate and it looks lovely we were still surprised at just how beautiful it is. I took my parents with myself and my 11 year old and we had more than enough space. It is also well equipped with tasteful decor. Aileen went out of her way to communicate with me before, during and even after we left as I left a few belongings. We had the opportunity to meet her and Ben who were both lovely. Ann, the next door neighbour was also extremely helpful and really lovely to chat to. We will definitely return. We love the local area. Lots to see and do and such gorgeous scenery. Thankyou so much 😊

Very comfortable, brght and airy appartment/ bedsit - easy walkable access to pubs, restaurants with bus and train options to visit the sites along Hadrians Wall. As it was very warm when we arrived an outdoor space would have been welcome but I think it is a work in progress. Overall a brilliant location for our 2 night stay. We found Paul to be a very helpful host. Thank you

I booked this lovely accommodation as a birthday get away treat for my parter. It was just what we wanted, quiet and cute village, clean accommodation and a private garden space which was beautifully kept. Good communication with Ruth throughout. We would highly recommend for a get away 😊

Nigel's apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and it was really nice to be greeted in person by the host - even though we kept him waiting - sorry Nigel. Excellent location with easy access to local bus services. That was great for us having travelled to the area by train, but we were still able to visit all the places we wanted to go by using the X20 only yards away from the accomodation and the 21 or X21 bus stop only 5 mins walk away. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation or host. All in all a memorable experience which we would recommend to everyone. Thank you we had a lovely week.

Great location, good base for exploring area, trains, buses etc. Flat had all I needed, wanted for nothing, comfortable, warm. Overall peaceful but near lots of pubs, bar, market etc

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay, the accommodation was cute and looked out onto the river and falls which we had a little swim in, and we loved the sound of the running water which was very peaceful. The little village has a couple of shops and a pub where the staff were friendly, however we did have to travel to neighbouring villages for meals out, but we knew that would be the case and allowed us to explore more of the surrounding areas, notably Hawes and Aysgarth. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Chris was the best host ever. He remained in contact throughout our stay, and checked we were okay with everything. He gave us plenty of recommendations for food, drink, places to go and things to do. The accommodation was 300m to the lower part of the town, and close to public footpaths and the river Nidd. The accommodation is small, but it’s top class.

We adored staying in this quiet, superbly appointed apartment located just off the Market Square in Richmond. It was quiet, airy, and so comfortable, especially the beds. Claire is very responsive and proactive; she left lovely, edible welcome gifts. The information guide was superb. If you are celebrating a special occasion, dinner at Rustique (booking essential) is very special.
