The place is perfect for one person, the design is stunning, the view from a toilet is unforgettable :) It is very close to everything in the city center, but you have to keep in mind that it is on a quite an elevation with an old paved road which can be tricky to go up and down during rain for example. I would recommend this place for people who want to be close to the city center but still be in an old, quiet part of it, there is a nice desk to work at with a great view of the church, mountain and cable car. I would not recommend this place to people who may experience troubles walking up and down. Giorgi is a very nice host and reacted to all of my requests, I had a lovely time in this apartment, thank you!

Specious apartment in old Tbilisi,renovated and well maintained . The location is excellent- in the center of the city,in vicinity to city transport and Rustaveli avenue; yet- quite and peacefull,with possibility of free parking. The host is great- extremely attentive,proactive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very nice and never bothers you

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. I spent five weeks in it. I really liked the mountain that I saw from the window every day. An elevator that works without a key fob is a separate plus. It's a bit inconvenient to throw out the trash, as the trash bins are far away, but I've adapted to ask taxi drivers to stop near the trash bins. A wonderful, attentive hostess. I'd love to come back many more times.

I had a fantastic stay at Elena’s place. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was seamless, and Elena was always quick to respond to any messages. The place had everything I needed, comfortable bed and fast wifi, washing machine and a great city view overlooking the river. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which offered a relaxing atmosphere, slightly removed from the main tourist area. While it may not be directly in the heart of the action, the slightly quieter location actually became a highlight of my stay. We discovered some lovely local eateries and shops nearby and enjoyed the scenic walks to and from the tourist area.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Madona’s place. She was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt like visiting a family member. And where do I begin about her place! You think of a thing and it is there!! From towels to face towels all kept in order including extra pairs considering we were there for 4 nights. She had kept new bottles of coffee, toiletries etc. kitchen was also well stocked including spices, rice, pasta etc. for that just in case “eat at home” moment. The apartment was in a heritage building which had its own charm. Flat itself is very well done and much beautiful than in the pictures. The hero was of course the balcony where we had morning coffee and wine every evening. It is right in the heart of the old Tbilisi so you are just few steps away from all the sights. i loved her place so much that we can go on and on. Book it without a thought. Just bear in mind that you have to climb some 20’steps to access the flat. If its not an issue then this is the one

Fantastic small appointment which is greatly equipped. The house is new, in a quiet area enclosed by old building from all sides. Will stay again.

The apartment is very conveniently located, there are many shops and places to walk nearby. The apartment itself is very cozy, you can see how the owner cares about cleanliness and convenience There are 2 work desks and comfortable chairs for them, which was very useful, because my wife and I both work remotely, this was very useful! The apartment has a lot of natural light and it is well ventilated, and there are also thick curtains so that the light does not wake you up in the morning, if someone wants to get some sleep It was very nice to be here, we will definitely come back again!

Very good location and reasonable price

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

Great apartment! Not far from metro, new building. There is cafe August nearby, so it’s great to have a cup of coffee for breakfast, City Mall is not far, so it’s great for having a shopping. Entire place is clean and has everything needed for a wonderful stay! A mountain view - it’s great! Host is very friendly and responsive- helped with all the questions. Definitely recommend the Host and apartment for staying in Tbilisi!

A truly beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable to be in. Immediately downstairs is a gym, and there are multiple markets and grocery stores in the area. It's not near anything noteworthy, but you can go for a nice walk, eat at a great restaurant, and taxis are extremely cheap to the touristy areas. and it's worth staying there just to have such a nice apartment. The hosts were extremely responsive to messages and when the boiler needed to be restarted due to a gas outage, they were over in a few minutes. The only thing I'd have wished for is an oven - everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay!

The apartment matched the pictures and description, Nino was very friendly and responsive. Internet was stable for working and having video calls. Overall it was good value for the money. Only downside was the mattresses that are very soft but that seems common in Georgia.

Lika is a great host and I've enjoyed staying at her place very much. Apartment is looking exactly as on photos and the place was perfectly clean when I arrived.
