Having no previous experience of Airbnb, I can only rate Tessa’s property on real time observations My only negative thought concerns access to the property which is directly effected by long term roadwork which necessitated tiresome diversions to and from it However, after a couple of trips, this diversion become second nature - the roadworks were remote from the property and did not impact at all on a delightful long term stay

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Fareed was quick to respond to any queries Neighbourhood is a little dodgey, saw lots of alcoholics in the park nearby. But it’s near Lincoln Road so you will get all the eateries nearby.

Ideal for what I needed for working away from home. Accurate description and really easy checking in. Clean, tidy and everything needed was provided. Appreciated the breakfast food being left for me even though I didn't need it. Will be staying again when available.
