Sit in the hot tub (new for 2026!) on a starry night and listen to the resident owl! Or snuggle up inside by the cosy bio-fuel burner. Fallows Annexe is located in a walkers paradise just up the hill from Symonds Yat and just across the River Wye from the Forest of Dean. Well-behaved dogs/cats are welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. A cosy and inviting annex set only 1 minute walk from the small town centre. This space has a good double bed with memory foam mattress. Also excellent wifi connection. The town consists of a working mill, a couple of hairdressers a nice pub, a small coop and a super antiques shop! Ideal for those who love the outdoors. Super walks on your doorstep!
