Enjoy your stay at this farmhouse style 2 bed 2 bath condo! Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!

Stunning elevated mountain and lake views at Palm Valley Country Club! Come get away from it all in this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath! Over 46 pools to swim and relax in (heated year round!). There are 2 just a couple minutes walking on either side of the unit. Enjoy the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse for a relaxing drink and meal. It boast a junior Olympic pool with cabanas. Comfortable and spacious, this condo has it all! Located on south perimeter of PVCC and as quiet as can be-no train noise!

The two bathrooms each have walk-in showers, and the bedroom and living room have smart TVs. The patio has a BBQ and the clubhouse has a full menu and bar. The pool/spa are less than a minute walk away, and the 2 car garage has a washer/dryer so you can keep your car and clothes clean. All you need to do is relax and have fun!
