Cottage holiday rentals in Riverside County

I love going to Sky Valley and spending a relaxing weekend there. I’ve stayed at many of the different properties and this was as nice as any of them. It’s really only good for one or two people. The host were very responsive to the few questions I did have.

My boyfriend and I loved Imelda’s place, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend, the view of the pond and ducks was my favorite we had our coffee out there in the morning and it was so peaceful, the inside is so clean and she had all the items we needed to cook, definitely will book again if we ever need it ☀️

Me and my kids had a great time staying at Sky Valley place. Very clean and beautiful house felt like home. Definitely coming back!!!!

Beautiful and cozy home, the five of us fit perfectly. It wasn’t cluttered or too spacious to where it felt scary. I would definitely stay here again.

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Pennys place. Hopefully we’re blessed enough to be able to stay again. Stunning views and perfectly peaceful!!!! 10/10 recommend

If you are looking for a place to enjoy this is the place. It was beautiful, the house had everything you might need and more. Beautiful scenery pond with ducks.. covered deck.. great grill! We will come back!

The house was beautiful. Backyard comfortable, great front porch with a view of the park. The road in front is one lane one way and quiet. Kitchen is well supplied, basics are there…well appointed. It is an older home which has been taken care of. There are the quirks of an older home as well. Close drive to stores, restaurants…other parks, beaches, farmers markets. Great library of books in the home. Loved the location.. highly recommend. We did have an issue when checking in with the code but the call was answered immediately with a fast workaround. Very impressed with Vacasa’s response and recommendations.

The cabin is in a beautiful area and only 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The cabin is comfortable and spacious for a small space. We will definitely stay here again!!

Three friends and I stayed here for a pinball tourney, place was perfect. Angel was responsive and helpful as well. He sent a new hair dryer to the place when the one there wasn’t working. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very cute little rustic place off the beaten path. Enjoyed the evenings on the deck. Beautiful views. Our dogs loved chasing the birds and the lizards.

This was the perfect spot for a nice vacation! Will be coming back soon!

I stayed 2 days in July and it was super hot. The house was nice and the ranch was beautiful and clean. The owner was nice enough to let me throw my daughters first birthday there and I’m grateful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage—it was the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, with plenty of things to do nearby. We went wine tasting at Giracci Vineyards, enjoyed a delicious dinner at Xacalli Kitchen, and went hiking at Maple Springs! The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved that we could cook and bbq dinner outside during our stay. Communication with our host was seamless; she was incredibly sweet and responsive throughout our visit. Meeting her adorable Maltese was truly the highlight of the trip! Highly recommend this cottage; We’ll definitely be back!

The process checking in and out was smooth. The stay was peaceful. Precisely what I was looking for. The Colin’s were hospitable and polite.

The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. All the necessities to relax for a weekend away. Front porch was great for watching sunsets. Floor to ceiling windows were awesome. AC was helpful when we needed to turn it on. Local eateries were minutes away and most were dog friendly. Such a cool little place in the mountains. Thanks for being thoughtful hosts.

Overall, great place nearish to UC Riverside. I thought water pressure & temperature in the shower was perfectly fine, unlike what others mentioned in previous reviews. I have no major complaints & HIGHLY recommend this place & host! Having been an Airbnb host myself, I try to provide some suggestions for hosts to consider as well as to let future visitors be aware of. First, a coffee machine is a listed amenity, but it is a keurig style machine. I hoped for a typical coffee machine or French press so I wouldn’t have to contribute to plastic waste. Also, I noted only two k-cups in the unit. I did not see others but that was ok for me since I got free coffee at UCR. A French press would be a stellar, cheap addition. I find myself saying this for just about every host, renters are paying high priced cleaning fees. Renters shouldn’t be asked to take out trash at check out. I was surprised there were no bins in the unit for compost & recycling, especially since the former is state law now.

I stayed here for a short work week. It was walking distance to the clinic so the location was perfect. I also appreciate all the amenities and parking spot.

This was great, we stayed here for coachella and had more room then expected!
