Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverside, Jacksonville

Great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Beautiful view of the river, walkable location to shopping and eating in the area. Only two things worth mentioning is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working, but there were 2 ice trays in the freezer. Other than that the place was clean, the AC worked great on the hot days, everything was well stocked. We hope this is available next time we come down.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Julie’s place was perfect for our quick visit to Jacksonville. It was walking distance to a great coffee shop and bakery, and close to the airport. The place was very clean and comfortable - with a dreamy couch! We highly recommend Julie’s place if you are staying in Jacksonville!

The home exceeds any expectations the pictures just don’t do it justice .. the decor is perfect the energy was cozy and the beds were so dang comfortable that I took a pic of the tag so I can buy one for my house lol would absolutely stay again and the host was amazing and friendly

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our needs. Great location near the hospital’s and many restaurants, grocery, drug store. She was very responsive and met all our needs.

This was my second time staying at Rachael’s place and it was just as great as the first. She’s super responsive and her home is the perfect spot for my family and friends to relax while we’re in Jax. Can’t wait for stay number three!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! We loved just the peace and quiet. We had a great time not only when we were out but just relaxing at the house. We were just so in love with everything. A huge thank you to Aldo for the house stay and experience. We definitely look forward to coming and staying again. Have a blessed one.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

This was a great stay and I would love to come back soon and everything was great from the easy check in and an easy check out. The area was great.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

I had an amazing stay at Missy and Scott’s place, I traveled for work and felt both at peace and right at home every evening I was there. They went above and beyond to ensure everything needed for a great stay was available, whether it be the basics such as laundry detergent or the fine details such as dimming lights in every location of the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Missy and Scott’s place!

The stay was awesome! Just like the pictures and very clean. Such a good price also, I would definitely stay here again if we are to come back to Jacksonville. Everything on our itinerary was within a 20 minute radius or less.
