Arnaud, the owner, was very responsive, very understanding and has a lot of good manners. His apartment is very comfortable, very spacious, consistent with the photos and description. The bedding is of excellent quality. We are in the heart of the Champagne cork, with the advantages of a city center (restaurants, shops, all on foot) and the disadvantages (street noise). everything was perfect, beautiful environment, an outdoor area with barbecue, a home large enough for 6 adults and 3 children, clean, well-equipped, a very good welcome from the owners, very good address, we did not visit the cellar (lack of time)

Camille’s place is stunning. We could not imagine a more cozy location to spend our 3 nights in Troyes. Tastefully decorated, spacious, with a gorgeous garden to boot. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the historic town centre with its beautiful architecture, churches, patisseries and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store and pizza joint nearby in case you need a quick snack and don’t feel like walking into the town. As an aside, I visited with my mom (71), and she LOVED the selection of books provided by Camille — a highlight of her stay was perusing them all in the beautiful sunlit garden. Don’t hesitate — book Camille’s place for your stay in Troyes!

A pleasant weekend with friends, and above all pleasantly surprised by the calm and warmth of the house. A fire pit surrounded by benches creates a friendly space for a late evening after a barbecue. I highly recommend this home with several play nooks and especially a boules court. Thank you Didier for this pleasant time.

A perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends or family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary equipment is present to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated swimming pool with no neighbors opposite. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Philippe was accommodating for an early and independent arrival, we thank him for his availability. Communication was fast and efficient with all the answers to our questions The house is faithful to the description and photos. We felt comfortable there (family of 4 children/2 adults) The rooms are spacious. The exterior is a real plus to enjoy the beautiful weather (terrace, garden, BBQ) The house is also quiet. There is room to park several cars in front of the house. The equipment of the house is nice, like the bed linen and towels. only small downside in our eyes, the wooden bed that squeaks a lot and the bathroom door upstairs that squeaks too (annoying for the children's sleep if you want to go there discreetly)

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! the accommodation is impeccable, the pool really nice, and we enjoyed the billiards/ pinball/ darts ect! Philippe made us a good wood fire before we arrived, the accommodation was very hot and the atmosphere was very pleasant 🔥 Great hospitality, and really great breakfast with local produce. beautiful country house in a beautiful landscape. Stay well if you want road bikes in our case. Neighboring villages don't have much to offer, but a single cafe has good coffee. the house itself was very nice and large. beautiful garden and BBQ stuff available. very much enjoyed.
