Beautiful apartment and very nice host. It is super located and close to the harbor, as well as the city center. The building is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us.

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes, is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

The location was excellent – everything was within walking distance. The host was really friendly and gave good local recommendations, which made our visit even more pleasant. We immediately felt welcome, and the personal touch on the passengers made an impression. The place was cleaned really well, and the big roof terrace was a wonderful addition! We could definitely stay here again.

Silvias appartment is really great, you feel like sleeping in a palace! The location is perfect, just at the port. Silvia is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

I would not hesitate to book this again. Absolutely beautiful home in a fabulous location. Stunning views, incredibly well equipped including a charger for our electric vehicle, which was super useful. Serena was a brilliant communicator and the family were very warm in welcoming us but also swift to give us space and privacy given that our toddler was having a full meltdown when we arrived. This place is stunning. Book immediately!

Amazing apartment and view!

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

The place is cozy and comfortable, very close to the town center, the terrace alone is worth every penny, had a great time

The place is as described. Always had a parking space. Hostess always available. Segr helpful. Gave us a lot of tips. In the evening, there were activities on the sports field. Until 12:00 a.m. You could hear that very well. We were also there to eat. The food was always very good. The service is very friendly. Restaurant and sports field are just opposite. Recommended.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we received many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

We stayed here for 10 days with 4 people and we had a fantastic time here. It was like we ended up in a movie. With all our questions, we were able to contact the reception and were well helped. If possible, definitely join the wine tour on Friday, which was very fun and educational. We really recommend Poggio al Casone even if you have to make a stop in between.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, you can reach the port in just a few minutes (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

Very simple and flexible check-in and check-out service, to meet our needs. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. Sofa bed slightly less comfortable but makes a virtue of necessity.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is super cozy, everything is brand new, and it’s incredibly quiet. The kitchen had great amenities like a Nespresso machine, and there was water and breakfast waiting for me. Claudia was extremely kind — I highly recommend this place! It is a cute AirBnB and super close to the train station. The hosts were kind enough to let us check in a few minutes early to drop luggage off. They were very responsive!
