Village house, stunning Riviera views

A spacious house with a stunning terrace overlooking the Côte d'Azur, in the historic village of St Jeannet, situated in the foothills of the Alpes Maritimes. Nestled against the famous Baou de St Jeannet the house is designed for indoor/outdoor living: patio dining, garden loungers, and an exterior shower with views stretching from Italy to the Var. In a quiet part of the village, local shops/restaurants are close-by. Mountain/valley walks also near, and the coast a short drive.

In the heart of the unspoiled Alta Langa, B&B Casa Augusta was born, a structure from the late 1800s located in the ancient Borgo Vignazza, characterized by architectural influences of Apulian origin. The nature that surrounds it shows a biodiversity to be discovered, in particular the centenary beech forest can be reached with a walk of about 50 minutes. The interiors and furnishings have been recently renovated.

Upstairs the cottage sleeps 2 adults in a double room and 1 children in a single room off the main bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private outside terrace/eating area covered with wisteria so shading from the baking sun.
