i highly recommend this rental. Impeccable accommodation, closet base available (cleaning product), and the most linens provided, very well equipped and beautiful location geographical to visit the region. very friendly, responsive, accommodating owner. The place is good for vacationers traveling with their pet because no risk of it escaping.

This apartment is a gem. Located in a very quiet street of the village. Martine waited for us at the entrance of the village to give us the keys and show us the house and things around. It was very clean . Martine was very thoughtful about every single item in the kitchen and bathroom. There was coffee and tea as well as a few drinks in the fridge. We felt like we were home. Nothing was missing.

This cozy spot in Haut-des-Cagnes felt like home immediately. Beatrice and her family did everything to make us feel welcome, from an early check in to accommodate our early flight arrival, to a quick switch out of a broken fan the day it broke, we were cared for from beginning to end. If you like opulence, big spaces and central air, this place isn’t for you, but if you are drawn to places with history and character and quirky charm and don’t mind some steps, this is your spot. It was ours and we hope to return. Teen kids called it their fav air bnb spot ever. Parents with young kids or elderly with mobility issues check with Beatrice before booking because of stairs.

for the international game festival, two very comfortable nights at Guillaume's. We particularly appreciated the presence of hygiene products, toilet paper, wipes everything, two towels each, coffee, salt pepper oil... The host provides everything to feel welcome.

We couldn't have picked a better place for our dream vacation. The Apartment is perfectly located in Old Town Antibes and just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to be. Our family of 4, with two teenagers loved every minute of it.

We recently stayed at this property while in ViIllafranche Sur Mer for a wedding. We loved everything about it, from our communication with the host, its incredible location, the property itself, and the natural beauty of the area. The property was clean and things were in working order. It was located about a 5 minute walk from the train station and is only short train ride from Monaco/Monte Carlo and other beautiful areas. A wonderful place, where we felt very comfortable, even though visiting for the first time, with many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Great location, right in the heart of old Vence. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. House felt spacious and well equipped.

Book this spot!! We were three girls who stayed for 4 nights, and found this place lovely. Its location is great; under 10 minute walk to old town, a tram station a block away, and under 20 minutes to the main train station. There are two levels to the terrace, and a great kitchen — go to the daily market and pick up some produce to cook! Two people could share the main bed, and one on the day bed (not the most comfy but totally fine for a few nights). There is a great wine shop next door to grab a bottle or have a glass there. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. When we couldn’t get the AC to work (our fault), they came by to adjust it for us. I can’t recommend this spot enough :)

Olivia’s place in Valbonne was perfect for us Just like the photos Comfortable beds and good quality linen and large bath and beach towels A two minute walk to the main square yet super quiet with windows closed Excellent air conditioning throughout and really appreciated the washing machine and dryer and the well equipped kitchen Olivia was very responsive and gave us some excellent local recommendations Just want to mention that there is a stone spiral staircase from the entry and up to the next three floors Absolutely fine for us as we had only carry on luggage but some might find climbing up to the main bedroom on the top floor a bit challenging with large heavy bags Would highly recommend Olivia’s place

Super cute place w/ amazing view off the cute little patio. Wonderful host always happy to help. The location of the neighborhood was nice but not easy in and out. Be sure you are in shape for steps and hills. It was nice to have the local shuttle close by but if you have a car you will need to find a parking lot then shuttle to the house. This place is nice if you don’t overpack like us. The host was so sweet to help us at checkin to find the place. Helped me park then drive to the house. The view was nicer than pics. The house was three level. The lower level at entry is a big room and bath w shower but no ac but w/ a fan. Middle level is big room with bath & shower plus a nice ac. The third level was a very cute living area w/ small kitchen, dining & small patio w two chairs. We loved the stay just wish it was easier to get in and out. The area had wonderful restaurants near. Only 15 min to drive into Nice. Antibes was close & great too. Area was unique! The beds big & comfy. Yay!

We had a wonderful stay in Vence, a place we know well but Caroline’s home was the highlight of our stay on this short trip. Beautifully designed and impeccably clean, the home is in a very quiet area and allowed for a relaxing stay whilst still being very close to the village of Vence etc. Parking was also a fantastic addition to the ease of our stay. Would highly recommend.

She was very helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated her warm and thoughtful approach. We absolutely loved the apartment – beautifully decorated and with the most amazing rooftop terrace. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Alisa's wonderful house in Antibes. The location is perfect. The weekly market and numerous restaurants right around the corner. The view from the roof terrace is indescribable. Valérie, 'The Keylady', was super personable, welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This family-friendly house in Antibes is truly a gem! It's ideally located—close to all the attractions but tucked away on a quiet street, offering both convenience and tranquility. The house feels like a home you'd design for yourself, not just for guests. The kitchen is fantastic, fully equipped with a great oven, and the bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. The internal garden is a peaceful retreat. Set in the heart of an ancient village, this house offers a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort, making it an excellent choice for families with children.

We had a fantastic week in Apricale and in this beautiful apartment with fantastic terrace and view! An experience to walk along the narrow alleys, have a drink in the piazza and talk to the residents of the village. Several good restaurants in the village but dinner on the terrace in the apartment was the very best. Highly recommend the place! The apartment has three beautiful bedrooms with views of the mountains, two fresh bathrooms, a large gas stove and both a washing machine and dishwasher. Plus a smaller room with a single bed.

Stunning location, unique historic building with mesmerizing views from the roof tarrace and the balcony. The place is beautifully furnished . Me and my family have spent wonderful time here. We received much more than we expected. However you should keep in mind the celling is low in the upper bedroom (perfect for people up to 150 cm) and the house isn’t easily accessed by the elderly because of steep and narrow stairs. Last but not least Roberto is very responsive and cooperative host.

An absolutely perfect stay! The house is superb, recently renovated with great taste. Everything is well thought out: it is both very functional, comfortable and carefully decorated. The setting is magical, with a rare calm... Ideal for recharging. And what about the owner? Adorable, attentive and very welcoming, he did everything to make our stay as good as possible. I had a great stay, attentive hosts, the location is beautiful on the heights, the center of Cannes is easily accessible by bus. I highly recommend it.
