The swimming pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. The whole place is completed by Tuscan furnishings with stone walls, chestnut beams, and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.

In the middle of a large meadow on the edge of the woods, our house, an old chestnut dryer, has recently been renovated with local materials such as Langa stone and chestnut, incorporating modern technologies, air conditioning, charging for electric cars, and a gazebo where you can relax outdoors. There are beautiful mountain biking and hiking trails nearby, and the Ligurian Sea and the Langhe, with their famous landscapes, wines, and cuisine, are just a half-hour drive away.

Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.
