Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

We spent two nights there, everything was great! The hot tub overlooking the mountains is a good plus and if you go there in summer you can enjoy the fruits that grow on site. There is also a couple of neighbors, who are absolutely adorable and with whom everything went well.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

I experienced wonderful days in this beautiful location, which reminded me of the summers I used to spend at my grandparents' house in the countryside. I only realized coming here how much I need to be able to completely switch off and let time just pass enjoying the fantastic views of the Alpi Apuane. That's how I chose to spend my days, but I note that there would be plenty of hiking or driving around to visit the picturesque villages nearby should one wish to explore the surroundings. The facilities were exactly what is required for a few day stay. The hosts (Laura and Silvio) were present when needed, otherwise they left us to enjoy the place. I enjoyed my conversations with them, and loved their pets. About the place itself, it was as described in the listing, and by previous reviews. I just note that in spite of the extreme heat (it is an anomalous year also in this idyllic place), the evenings were fresh and cool, and the temperature inside the cottage was perfect.

If you are looking for the most beautiful place on earth please book! I loved everything about this amazing home. The views are breathtaking and the home itself is cozy & comfortable. There are many walking trails for exploring, fresh lemons to pick, 2 small pools and a hot tub that overlooks the villages and glistering sea line. I cried leaving this magical place. Our host Letizia was so helpful and responsive. She took such good care of us. The donkeys made our trip extra special. We fed them dailey and they never failed to greet us with their excited squeals knowing we were coming with apples. 😊 The road up the mountain can be difficult at first but after a few runs we mastered the drive. This Airbnb will not disappoint. You have to experience this amazing place.

What a beautiful stay at Fabrizios Agriturismo. We stayed in the small cottage and it was perfect. Nice pattio, beautiful garden. Cottage is not big but really has everything you need. Also Fabrizio and his daughter made sure that the stay was extra pleasant with a very special breakfast every morning (ricotta with Fabrizzios homemade peperonci marmelata 😍) - more than you wish for! Also really nice if you have a dog. Just walk out of the door and instantly be surrounded by nature! Grazie Mille Fabrizio

I cannot describe in words how beautiful and amazing our stay was, but I will try. The location: Beautiful place. House located uphill but there are buses from the centre (close to the beach) that leaves you close to the house. We just walked uphill each day and cooled off in the pool later ;) Sergia was kind enough to offer picking us up from the centre a few times too but the walk is quite nice. The house: Exactly as described and as in pictures. Serene garden, cute pool, well stocked kitchen and cozy interiors. This villa comes with a terrace with a sea view, a beautiful front garden. The other villa has a slightly larger front garden. Since no one was in the other villa, Sergia let us go in there as well. There is a common garden out front with the pool. Everything was beautiful and cozy. The hosts: Sergia and Orso were so kind, I cannot explain it. Sergia baked us some cake and cut us some fruit. Because we were late to get there, Orso even went grocery shopping for us.

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

A very nice place facing the sea in a small village where life is good, A nice little beach with an excellent pizzeria Marco is welcoming and available, We highly recommend 👌♥️

Truly gorgeous accommodation. We were greeted by Eleonora's mother. As we were were travelling from other city in Italy we arrived early and she was happy to allow us to start our stay. There was a folder provided with all the important details, but this beautiful lady also explained everything else including her favourite places to visit, nearest bus stops and all the other little things that are useful. We were also advised that there was a chance of both a visiting cat (which sadly we hardly saw) and her large dog, similar to a Huskie. The latter visited just the once and was an adorable, a big cuddly softie. The only one very small negative was that the water tank was quite small so the showers had to be taken quickly, before washing the breakfast pots or coping with the cold water! Again we were warned! The accommodation was comfortable and totally private with a secure parking place. A very peaceful nights sleep. Everything we needed was supplied. Great value.

1,000 available characters would not be enough to describe the magic of Maison Buschin and the vital energy of its passionate owner Riccardo, whom we were very lucky to meet personally, since he was passing through the area (and as if that were not enough, he also brought us a great treat). We stayed a week to refine our music album and the tranquility of the area was superlative. In good weather, the surroundings of the house become magnificent, with the hills all around and the mountains in the distance, a sight. The house is just like the photos and has everything you need to spend super pleasant days. The outdoor garden is an incredible added value. Riccardo is a really great host, responsive in communication and always available. We really feel like saying thank you to this place and to Riccardo because we really breathed here. Obviously, I don't recommend it to anyone, otherwise we won't find a place anymore.

Beautiful place in the beautiful Tuscany country side! Romantic landscape and idyllic atmosphere for a great getaway from daily stress. Natasha is a super friendly host and provided lots of good tips for great things to do around. Very recommendable!

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

We were at Fabio's beautiful little cottage for the second time. The best thing is the breathtaking garden, embedded in the typical Tuscan landscape! Every corner is buzzing and blooming. Once again, we lacked nothing and we were able to enjoy the peace to the fullest. Thank you very much, Fabio!

The accommodation is a small cozy cottage, which is located on a large property on which olive trees and herbs grow. We immediately felt very comfortable. You live there very privately, i.e. the terrace in front is very protected by shrubs and trees, but you have a wonderful unobstructed view of the sea and Portovenere. It is very quiet and you can relax perfectly. We're so excited to have met Agnes. She is a wonderful host who was always available and supported us with ideas and information. It doesn't get any better - thank you Agnes !!! In summary, it was a great stay. We lacked nothing and we can recommend the accommodation without restriction.

Very nice house tastefully renovated. Large garden ideal for children and evening aperitivo, watching the sunset over the mountains in the distance. Very clean and very functional with everything you need for a great stay. The host family is very friendly and gave us good advice on sightseeing and restaurants where to go. Great

We had a wonderful stay at Elisa’s cottage. It is set on the hillside just 15 mins walk into Santa Margarita coast and main town. It is so peaceful and we enjoyed sitting looking out over the hills having breakfast, which Elisa kindly brought to us every day. We made good use of the beautiful pool area and it’s a great location to visit Portofino, the Cinque Terre and other towns along the coast. We were sad to leave and would 100% recommend Elisa and Matteo’s cottage. Thank you for a great stay xx

Very cozy apartment with great views. They are in the house above another apartment, during our stay there was no one there and we enjoyed absolute silence and privacy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and we felt great. Communication was pleasant, answers to questions were super quick. I would be happy to recommend this place to my friends and everyone else.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniele's place in Pavullo nel Frignano. From the moment we arrived, Daniele made us feel welcome and at home. The warm welcome also included local delicacies, a few products in the fridge and a bottle of delicious Lambrusco. The house was perfect: clean, well maintained and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The garden was beautiful and offered a lovely place to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the places of interest in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Daniele's home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We stayed a week at this magical place. This exceeded our expectations. Direct access to the sea allowed swimming at any time of the day. The large terrace was used extensively by us. The comfortable garden furniture allowed for comfort. The opaque outdoor shower - even with warm water - is noteworthy. The kitchen seems new and is perfectly equipped. The bathroom and toilet were also wonderfully practical. There were also additional things, such as games, books, or diving goggles with snorkel. The property is also a base for exploring the surrounding area on foot. Nearby, hiking trails start along the coast.

We felt totally comfortable, the house is very nice and spacious. Our dog was also very happy about the large garden and we had great days by the pool. Ilaria is super friendly, helpful and always quick to reach. We will be happy to come back! 😊
