Holiday rentals with a balcony in Riviera Ligure di Ponente

Hallo, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alle Fenster hatten einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Dorf und die komplette Küste. Nach dem wach werden, mit so einem Blick aufzuwachen, war einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Dankeschön an die Kontaktperson, eine sehr nette Dame. Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa. La casa era esattamente come descritta nella foto. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la posizione della casa, a soli 5 minuti dal mare, inserita in un contesto verde, la bellissima vista dalla terrazza, e la pulizia e presenza di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

This apartment is charming. Lovely decor ( particularly for an airbnb ) . Fantastic location . Being above restaurants and the port there is some noise at night and the stray drunken person at 3 am but if that does not worry you then the location is very pretty and convenient. The beds are very comfy but on the smaller side, if you are over say 6 foot 1 inches they may be a little short . Also could improve response time to messages. However the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the view is really great with a lovely little balcony and all in all highly recommended .

From the start, the communication and instructions were clear and helpful. My son and I had a fantastic time exploring the area—there was so much to see and do! We made the most of our short stay and truly appreciated the great team that made our experience even better.

Der Gastgeber war flexibel beim Check-in und auch sonst sehr proaktiv in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung hatte alle nötigen Dinge und war inklusive Balkon sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Der Strand befindet sich innerhalb 5-minütigen Fußwegs.

Wir waren zu sechst und fühlten uns von Anfang an alle wohl. Wir kamen von hier überall gut hin. Hatten alles was wir brauchen zum glücklich sein. Wir waren in Mai da, und haben den Pool voll ausgenutzt. Jeden Tag kam jemand und hat sich um die Sauberkeit im Garten und Pool gekümmert. 2 separate Wohnungen, ideal für mehr als eine Familie.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den veröffentlichten Fotos und den Angaben. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert, auch das WLAN. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Einzig ein paar bequeme Gartenstühle oder eine Gartenliege hätten uns vielleicht noch gefehlt. Besonders der Ausblick auf Cavalaire-sur-mer und das Meer sowie den Hafen ist wunderschön. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle, erholsame Zeit und würden auch nochmal wiederkommen.

Unser zwei -wöchiger Aufenthalt im Rustico Pio Filippo war zauberhaft. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die atemberaubende Natur sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten. Das Haus sowie der Service war perfekt! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste mal.

From the moment we checked in we knew we were going to absolutely love this property. Our host Daris was so responsive and accommodating to our arrival and helpful throughout our 2 week stay. The property couldn't offer anymore in the location, it was so quiet and peaceful but a 5 minute walk from the main square with restaurants, bars and shops. The market is on twice a week and is also fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean but rustic - very in keeping with the 'fisherman house' vibe. The view was just priceless and the best feature of all. There were 4 adults sharing 2 rooms on our visit and were very comfortable both in our rooms and in all the shared living space. The house is also no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach which is also so fantastic. We would be back in a heartbeat, we didn't want to leave.

Belle maison traditionnelle, avec de beaux espaces, très bien rénovée, très charmante. Calme, proche de Dronero et de tous ses commerces, notamment d'excellents restaurants. Le Val Maira est juste à côté et permet des balades magnifiques. Accueil sympathique de la part d'Alice et la voisine est adorable. Le prix de la location est très correct. À recommander sans réserve !

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Top Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Klimaanlage/Heizung in 3 Zimmern. Alles recht neu und schön renoviert. Etwas weit zum Strand/Restaurant - hat uns aber nicht gestört. Besonderen Dank und Lob möchte ich dem Gastgeber vor Ort aussprechen. Es war sehr angenehm und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Gespräche :-) - vielen Dank Stefano
