The place is beautiful and having the cenote a few steps away is a super plus! Larisa is a very good person and helped us with what we need. The cabanas are beautiful and is a place to disconnect and enjoy nature, I highly recommend Larisa and her AIRBNB!

Great stay, best location!

Our stay at Quentin’s place was fabulous! We made memories for a lifetime. It was different from typical touristy places, which was nice for a change of pace. The write-up gave us a great idea of what to except. And we appreciated that Quentin advised us to have a rental car, as the road getting in and out, is a bit far from the main road and is quite bumpy. The palapa in which we stayed was roomy and creatively designed in harmony with the surroundings. My daughters loved the hammocks that were inside our space. The shared kitchen was clean and organized. We did not encounter many bugs but there was small spray provided if needed. Quentin was very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for us on our trip. His responses to any questions were immediate and thoughtful. The whole space was beautiful, great for relaxation and a break from city life. We would highly recommend this lodging for anyone who loves to try new things. We really loved having the opportunity to stay here!

Patricia has put so much love into this home it is absolutely beautiful! The garden is a serene little paradise away from the hustle of everyday life. I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff and how warm and welcoming everyone was. If you are looking for a hidden gem on the beautiful island of Cozumel you need to not look any further. Very nice house and very cozy, it was only two nights but the beds were great, very good and the backyard was super relaxing to spend the afternoon, and Uncle Charlie was always attentive, he lent us a cooler, he gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and cenotes, we would definitely come back!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Away from the hustle and bustle and construction noise in and around Tulum, I found a place here where I could find peace and relaxation in the middle of the jungle.🦜 Up on the roof of the tiny house, I could chill out and enjoy the beauty of nature. Good Wi-Fi was also available and important to me. A car is essential, preferably a higher one. But with my normal rental car, I was able to get through quite well despite the intermittent wetness. Barbara and William were always there when I needed something and I was allowed to take my time when I left.🙏 I am very grateful and wish them both all the best!🪶

Had some restful nights here. The space is very roomy and the bathroom is attached which was awesome. Probably one of the more comfortable beds we slept on during our trip. The kitchen is rustic but gets the job done! Also note its about a 20minute drive to get into Tulum. It was very peaceful here and worked out well for my friend and I. Thank you!

Cristobal’s Tiny House was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Everything is smartly designed – especially the clever use of storage space – so we had everything we needed for daily life. The location is peaceful, nestled in a local neighborhood, far from the touristy hustle, just the way we like it. We truly felt like home during our stay – comfortable, relaxed, and totally at ease. The garden is beautiful, and every evening a little opossum came by for a visit – such a sweet touch! There are plenty of great food stands nearby offering delicious Mexican food, and several beaches are just a short walk away. Cristobal was super friendly, greeted us personally, and showed us around. Communication was easy, and he was always available and helpful. We can absolutely recommend the Tiny House – a real hidden gem for anyone looking for a relaxed and authentic stay!

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

An indescribably visionary and inspired situation. What Alonso and Miguel have created here in the magical forest is something like a sanctuary, a biosphere and sacred site. Only with independent networking possibilities of Airbnb could we have found such an amazing place. Details: picture perfect and solidly constructed lodging. The design of the units allows for seamless existence with the outdoors AND - somehow -complete privacy. The lay out was perfect for our family to lounge, sleep comfortably. The grounds are superb. Infinite care is clearly put into the placement and maintenance of the pool, the countless plants, the paths and the FOUR STORY TOWER FOR nature watching! Really too many features to write, but all were appreciated. Alonso is right nearby ready to share his time and wisdom, knowledge, food...or simply to offer you your space and privacy. This was a life changing Airbnb, the very best the company has to offer.

It is an excellent place, very quiet, comfortable and pleasant. It's style in the middle of the jungle gives tranquility and makes you escape the routine. I went to a festival and the location was perfect for attendance. it has what you need to feel at home. Alma is very helpful and decisive, always attentive. Very satisfied with the stay and service of all employees. 10/10

The most beautiful place we have to stay, the air is very fresh and the location far from mass tourism. There are several cabins, we went for the new one and we had a delicious meal prepared by all the people present. It was a memorable night! We met beautiful people down there, it's a bit like a small community, don't go if you're not in the spirit of sharing and communication, here is happiness it finds in the little things. The common sanitary facilities were never a concern, we never had to wait for anything, it adds charm to the experience of this shower in the middle of the forest. Nicole, her partner, and son are extremely kind people and always take care of everything you'll need. We can only recommend this place if like us love nature, meeting people and caring! A thousand thanks!!!

Cristina's palapa was super cute, close to the restaurants and beach, everything was clean and organized. Getting there was smoothly and we had everything we needed. It's a bit loud at nighttime with the karaoke close by and we happened to be there during construction across the street. But if that construction wasn't happening it would have been perfect. Thank you so much Cristina for providing such an affordable and welcoming place for us to stay. Would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this studio in Tulum! The location is really top – quiet but still close to everything you need: restaurants, beach and small shops are within easy reach. I was particularly positively surprised by the internet – super reliable and fast, perfect for working or just for relaxing streaming in the evening. The studio is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. I'd love to come back!

What can I say about AKNA Cabanas. This has been my third time to Cozumel and somehow Jose manages to make it better easy time. I've never had an Airbnb host so invested in making sure I am having a great experience. He was kind enough to pick us up and drop off of at the airport for free. Provided endless recommendations about local restaurants and attractions. Connected us with locals providing tours (and getting us an amazing discount just for AKNA visitors). And overall, stayed in constant contact to ensure we had everything we needed and weren't having any issues. I've now traveled to 8 different countries and stayed in countless Airbnbs, but I can say the Jose has been the best host by far. I recommend this location to all my friends and family and will definitely be coming back in the future!

More than a rental, this is an experience! The villa is spacious, nestled in the heart of the jungle.Victor is very friendly and responsive and a caretaker on the site takes care of us with great kindness. The place and amenities of the residence are superb (Cenote, swimming pools,...). Great for a stay off the beaten path!

This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!
