The house is inside a very secluded and well guarded villa. The house is absolutely gorgeous with spacious private bathrooms and daily cleaning, which was one of my favorite amenities. The hosts are responsive, friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they are available for any questions or concerns about the house. The house keeper was perfect. I recommend the house and hope to make our way back. We were a family of 8 and it was perfect.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 1 week trip. Plenty of space for our two families with kids from 0-7. The outdoor staircases are open, but we would just be with the early walkers as they went up and down, and the indoor areas were fine for them to roam. The bigger kids loved the loft "hideout". The pool was perfect for everyone. The location is right by the beach and little further from the center of town, which we liked because it was less noisy and crowded. The house manager was super helpful in arranging a private chef, golf carts, and baby gear rentals. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect house for our family of 6! Cannot say enough good things. Loved the location, loved the view, loved the spaces...indoor and out! Host was very responsive with any issues we had. Thank you for an amazing stay! We love San Pancho and if we return with the whole family again, we will definitely stay here!

So grateful for our time there, cannot say enough positive things about this home. Went with our 4 year old and in laws. This home and complex seemed especially great for families. Other friendly people with kids in the nearby homes but no one was ever overly loud or disrespectful. The house was very spacious and comfortable and looked better in person than the photos. The shared pool was right outside our patio which we utilized everyday. Nice private access to beach as well. Daily housekeeping was great. Loved the covered outdoor area for morning coffee and outside shower at the end of a big Beach day. I accidentally messed up safe code once and within minutes someone was there to assist me. Loved being on the quieter north end of Sayulita but an easy walk to the center of town. Would 100% stay there again!

If you are considering this Airbnb, stop looking now! You will not be disappointed by booking Villa San Miguel! The views are incredible! We spent hours watching the waves crash on the rocks below, boats coming in and out of Boca de Tamatlan, and numerous marine life: dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, birds, and iguanas. Our stay was so relaxing and just what we needed to host our top clients! The team that the owners have assembled to care for you at Villa San Miguel are also top notch: Vicky the housecleaner, Luis the chef, Rogelio that taxi driver, and Eleazer the fisherman. We hope to be back next year!

John’s place was clean, private, and quiet. It’s a bit on the outskirts of the town but felt safe to walk to and from at night, even in a small group of women. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

Had the absolute BEST stay here - it looks exactly like the photos, mark and the whole hosting team were so easy to talk with and helped coordinate our arrival time. The house is just wonderful and also felt so clean - couldn’t recommend it more!

Wow!!!! We had an amazing vacation in PV. The Airbnb was just so magical. The layout was unusual which made our stay so special. We loved how the house had different floors and sections that made the adults and kids find their own special space. We had family time and alone time all in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood was fun and easy to access any of our many adventures. The host was readily available when we needed him and went out of his way to accommodate us. Overall this was a family vacation we will remember for years to come. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit PV. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay with friends! So nice that each room has its own private bathroom, and balcony. The views are stunning! Pau and Pepe were very responsive and accommodating! Very cool people and very cool house!

Villa Kuali was a perfect place for a vacation with friends. Its many bedrooms and beds made it very comfortable and flexible for a large group. The pool and palapa were great spaces to hang out together as a full group. We enjoyed being a bit off of the main road, but still being extremely walkable to all that San Pancho had to offer. The hosts were extremely kind and communicative, responding quickly to all of our inquiries. I would recommend this airbnb to any large group looking to enjoy San Pancho together!

Absolutely stunning property and the photos don’t do it justice. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed the beautiful views from all the different rooms and patios while also having a lot of privacy.

Came for a bach trip with 17 people and we had an amazing stay! Beautiful place Jennifer, Yolanda, and hosts were so friendly and helpful to deal with and they made sure everything was arranged for us when we got there - food, drinks, excursions, etc. Chef Daniel was also amazing! Such gracious host and made incredible food to our liking. He also would help us with everything we needed any point of the day. 10/10 would recommend to stay here.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The design is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully curated. Hilda was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on, making our experience even better. The water filtration system was a huge plus, and the pool was stunning — perfect for relaxing after exploring. The fans were so powerful that we didn’t even need to use the AC. The neighbor, Gerardo, was also very kind and helpful, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe. We loved that the location was peaceful and just outside the busy part of town, but still close enough for a quick and fun golf cart ride into Sayulita. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!

It is the perfect place to rest, you feel at home, it is great, you connect with nature, the house is very complete, the 3 bathrooms are complete and very nice, definitely the most relevant is your garden, there we live together as a family every day of our stay, outdoors but with everything you need to do it, zero austerity, even the price is very cheap in terms of cost/benefit. It's just perfect. Indispensable and I suggest that when staying here a vehicle is necessary, as it is complicated if you come walking.

My husband and I just stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and we are certain we will return again. We have NEVER repeated an AirBnB location, but this place is special. It is absolutely stunning, very private and clean. Delicious food is right outside of the door. The grounds are lush and beautiful and the pool and privacy can't be beat. We were very impressed after our first stay, but now that the host has made things even better with some updates to the physical space and amenities, we are truly blown away. A true home away from home. The host is friendly and responds to any issues promptly.

Mollys Villa in PV was absolutely stunning! The Villa itself was to die for gorgeous with its sexy Spanish style feel. The place was sparkling clean and we felt right at home. We spend most of our time out on the many balconies of the home by the pool. My only critique was that there were no lounge chairs to lay on by the pool, and the chairs that were out there are metal and not very comfortable, but we made do. The VEIWS and the surrounding foliage are spectacular! We could have stayed here for a month and were really sad to leave. Just like other reviews mention, the house is located on the main road and therefore the traffic is non stop and really loud, but that is to be expected with any house located on that road right by the beach. The views and house make up for it!! Molly was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip and gave recommendations for spas in the area including their phone numbers and directions. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is extremely cleaned and supplied with all necessities. Checkin/checkout were a breeze. We enjoyed the pool and the shaded awning outside. This house is conveniently located ~10 (or less) min away from town. We found this to be the perfect distance away since the town can be a little noisy at night. The walk back up the hill is not bad (we are in our 30s), and a good way to walk off dinner. Highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

This was an excellent AirBNB, in fact, it was one of the rare situations where the place itself was even BETTER than the pictures! The location was also pristine for our group. The right combination of: everything was walkable but it was also off of the main streets so it wasn't as loud. The place itself was super clean and the amenities were great. Also, our contact was amazing. Everyone involved was super responsive and clear, it may it super simple. Loved our stay overall and would definitely recommend!

Ale Gómez was very kind and attentive to us and super attentive. A place that I think is very well located to go from there to other beaches, very ideal to enjoy as a family as it was in my case and everything is super quiet. As an observation, they should update the address of the villa on Google because following the address sent does not take you exactly to the villa and it is a complex with many villas and you waste time looking, and a recommendation in case it happens to future guests, ask at the booth or the beach club team and they will give you the attention of pointing you in the right direction, they even took me to the exact point, I appreciate it, it is a plus, other than that everything in order and super cool, 100% recommended.
