Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We'll be back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Cosy apartment, awesome host, smooth check in, great location.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few meters away and a mini market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and, thanks to the two balconies, always has a shady balcony space to offer, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will not be disappointed on the balconies either. The view is wonderful due to the location on the 4th floor. It is conveniently accessible by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is ready. You can park the car in a private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days of relaxation. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom products, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

Very hospitable host of the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised , we were prepared a bottle of cold Prosecco. We spent unforgettable days at Andrea apartment. An apartment with a chic veranda where you can spend time in any weather. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay . We enjoyed the silence!

Marta and Ivan are excellent hosts. Very friendly, honest and always ready to help. They always helped us with what we needed very quickly. The accommodation is excellent and in a very well located place, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you may need. We would certainly be staying there again.
