"La Cabane" the small nature bungalow

The cabin: the ideal place for those who love nature and are a little "roots". Away from tourists, it is a 15-minute drive to the southern beaches. Former artisan workshop, the cabin (and its independent shower room without hot water but the water is naturally around 25 degrees!) is located in the garden of Claude, Anne and their children who will be happy to welcome you. Possibility to borrow fins, masks, snorkel, bicycles, hammock, washing machine. Ideal alone or as a couple.

We stayed at Meriam's house for a week, Marie Laure welcomed us with sympathy and good humor, always responsive when needed. So friendly that we told ourselves at the end of our stay that we could have spent some time with them during our stay. The house is very functional, clean and cocooning, the house is ideally located to be 20/30 minutes by car from any place ( beach , capital and others) It was a pleasant stay and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely recommend the house.

We had a great one week stay. Everything is as described. Please do read the description attentively, the hosts did a great job listing all useful details. The hosts are very open, responsive and friendly. Close to different beaches by car. Very practical space with lots of room for your stuff.

The photos are authentic to what I found during my stay. It felt like my home away from home. Pascaline & François were responsive to my messages with the utmost sympathy. Mireille who received us was adorable and caring. I would 100% recommend this quiet and well-connected accommodation to get around the island.

The accommodation is well located for visiting the whole island. It is also well equipped with everything you need for a beautiful family holiday. The pool is lovely after the days of walking! Villa Colibri _Salt River

Allan & Marie's place matches the photos/description. It is very well located to radiate both the South and the North part of the island. Be careful because as already indicated in previous reviews, the slope to access it is quite steep (vehicles of the Kia Picanto type and small engines will have some difficulty climbing it). The house is large enough, well laid out. The only small complaint would be that to access the pool you have to go through the bedrooms (or an access from outside the villa via the street) but it's really to chip. We quickly forget this when we see the view that we are entitled to from the top of the villa, drinking the aperitif in the evening or in the morning when we wake up. To end on the pool, it is extremely pleasant. We couldn't meet Allan & Marie, but their precise directions allowed us to find the house and settle in without any worries. In short, no regrets for us, only good times spent in the villa.
