A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Great stay at Sophie and Christophe's. A very well equipped and functional accommodation with all the amenities you need (and even more!) to have a great stay. We were hosted very well by Sophie and her very kind attention. Thanks again. We recommend 100%.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Our stay at Gaetan's was great! The spaces of the house are large, clean and very well distributed. There is all the necessary equipment for your comfort (be careful however, the third bedroom does not have air conditioning and it is a sofa bed, but it is equipped with fans). The view is very beautiful and there is a covered terrace (convenient when it rains). The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional and the two bathrooms + two toilets are very practical, as is the laundry room with its washing machine. Gaetan is responsive and very kind, I recommend his accommodation on this beautiful island!

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

Kévin was very welcoming and available to give us all the information we needed when we arrived. Check in could be flexible. The accommodation is perfect for enjoying the beautiful places and restaurants around. I recommend ++

Beautiful haven of peace , in the Lamentinese countryside . The little house in the Coline and tastefully decorate whether inside or outside . Philippe and a considerate and very attentive host. Thank you for the little touches during our stay . We will be back during our next stay in Martinique . Going there with your eyes closed you wouldn't be disappointed .

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a few steps from our accommodation. We also appreciated all the little extras made available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very practical during the week. The bakery close by was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolates and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

Marylise or her very welcome when she arrived coffee water sugar and she even gave us eggs and a baguette the cottage was very intimate with all the amenities beach towel kitchen equipment small loose laundry line etc... for a couple it's quite perfect there is no air conditioning but with the wind we were never hot and the ocean view really well we would go back without hesitation

Spacious and quiet accommodation. Well oriented (no direct sun) allows you to enjoy the balcony at any time of day. Responsive host. The residence is close to the village of Sainte Luce (possibility to walk there by a very pleasant path along the waterfront). Close to the beach. Close to a main axis to visit the south.

A true haven of peace! The apartment is a pleasant cocoon, perfectly decorated with taste, each element naturally harmonizes with the place. Everything is designed for comfort, it is both functional, warm and soothing. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We loved our stay at this apartment, which is undoubtedly the best we have rented in Martinique – and one of the best we have experienced in six years of using Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly renovated, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, nothing is lacking. Communication with Franck, the owner, and Adeline was smooth, simple and proactive, which made our stay much easier. Adeline's welcome was particularly warm, and the little attention to our arrival (excellent local rum!) was much appreciated. The location is ideal: the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, with several activities accessible nearby, not to mention very good restaurants in the area. No false notes, we recommend this address without a second thought!

Very good stay in this very cute bungalow, well furnished and equipped (great to have masks, snorkels and fins available). Small specialties were waiting for us, it's really adorable. The beach and good restaurants are within walking distance. We totally recommend it.
