Very nice property in pittoresque village with stunning view on the mountains. Nothing wrong with this property.

We had a great stay at Robertos apartment. This is an amazing location to enjoy the village (very close by foot!) and the surrounding area. We were in a group of 4 adults and one child, there was plenty of space for us, the apartment is well equipped and very clean! Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the location if you are looking to have a holiday and also do some ski-ing, Pescocostanzo ski resort is literally a 5 min drive and is excellent for beginners and more seasoned skiers! We really enjoyed and would return. Thanks!

The host reached out to me for an eta and kept regular contact on our way to the house. We were shown our parking space and how to get around the town. The house was beautiful, spotless, and much nicer than the pictures revealed. Loved that there were two balconies on each side of the house so you could choose sun or no sun. Our friends went to the beach and we went to wineries, so it was a great location.

A Very good stay! It's right on the edge of the historical centre in a beautiful location that makes the rest of Guardiagrele easy to access by foot. The place itself was very clean and had just the right amenities. The only problem was that few restaurants were open in March but that may be different depending on the season. I would higly recommend it!

We can't say enough about how beautiful this apartment is. The terrace view of the mountains is amazing. Susanna and Patricio were always responsive, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful New Year with friends. House in a great location just minutes from Roccaraso. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace available. One of the three rooms is a little too small for two people but we adapted. Excellent welcome. Highly recommended

Despite the tranquil atmosphere, I found it to be conveniently close to the town, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. There were plenty of activities to enjoy around the property, and the added bonus of free parking made my stay even more enjoyable. Brand new, super cozy, clean and equipped with EVERY COMFORT. Attention to detail to make the guest feel at home. An oasis of peace and relaxation, excellent for those who want to take a few days off from the daily and confusing routine of the city center. A few kilometers from the wonderful Trabocchi coast. A magical place I would definitely return to. Highly recommended also and especially for the huge swimming pool, the hot tub that can be used at any time and the sauna with a gym designed for all needs. The host was also very kind and helped me organize a small surprise inside the accommodation itself. 5 stars because you can't give more, I will be your guest again with immense pleasure. A special note for the mattress... it felt like sleeping on a cloud! Congratulations and good luck.

We spent wonderful days in this holiday home, which went far beyond our expectations. The house is cared for in every detail, very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is quiet and well connected, ideal both for exploring the surroundings and for enjoying moments of peace. We also greatly appreciated the outdoor spaces, really pleasant for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. The pool is wonderful and really well maintained. A special thank you also to Mattia and his family, always available, friendly and attentive: we felt welcomed as if we were at home. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!
