Each room is designed to maximize the ocean view and unwind with the rhythmic sounds of the waves just meters below. An ideal place for families with children or romantic weekends.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! La Petite Fleur Guest House

Charming freshly renovated studio with a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning is waiting for guests. Just 300 meters away from the sea, it is situated on the 2nd floor of the quiet building with an easy-to-find free public parking on the streets nearby. Perfect for you if you are planning a beach getaway in summer, but also mountain walks in Trikala villages, visiting Ziria ski resort in winter or exploring the Area Synest theme park.

Well, that is how we would describe Boho Beach House, a rustic, yet refined private retreat in Itea city, overlooking the Corinthian Bay. Itea is a beautiful seaside place, very close to the ancient city of Delphi, (only 15 min drive) and 10 min from the picturesque Galaxidi.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop.
