Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

This summer residence is 50 meters from the beach. Here you have a large patio with both dining area and sofa group overlooking Loutsa Beach. The apartment has AC, Wi-Fi, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Quietly located on Loutsa/Vrachos beach with plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Proximity to Parga (25 km), Lefkas (40 km), Preveza (35 km) and Alonaki (10 km). Relax with the whole family, or why not two couples, at the astonishing 3 km long sandy beach.

IONION VIEW

It is a comfortable cottage, just 20 meters from the sea, located on the provincial, coastal road between Lygia and Vrachos. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.

Riza resort villa is a house 180 square mettres at 3 levels (floors) just in front of the sea, with its own stairs that lead you to the sea. You can almost say its a "private" beach. Also it has big balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Ionian sea and the island of Paxoi. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and the variety of colours and smells of the flowers which are all over the place. Best of all the beautiful sunset.
