Holiday rentals with breakfast in Roanne

We loved the peaceful private location with parking on site. Only a short drive to local shops and amenities, or even Roanne centre. A great location for short trips to historic villages, and about an hour to larger towns and cities such as St Etienne and Lyon. We enjoyed a day out exploring old Lyon.

Very good stay. Exotic and very accessible. Mireille is a very nice person, with small needs while preserving a certain discretion. Beautiful discovery of local traditional dances in a balfolk with her, I recommend it!

Christoph is an excellent and very friendly host. With a lot of love and taste, he has succeeded in transforming the historic building of the "Villa Velours" into a home with a very special character and charm. The bright rooms, illuminated from two sides, are arranged one above the other, like in a small residential tower. The kitchen on the ground floor with a cozy dining table is perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing. In the adjoining room you will find a toilet and washing machine. The living room on the 1st floor is tasteful and very cozy. On the 2nd floor is the spacious bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. From the bed, you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the old town into the green landscape. There is another bedroom on the 3rd floor. We especially enjoyed the delicious local wine provided by Christoph and the French breakfast with baguette butter, jam, tea and coffee.

Perfect welcome and Guy was available when it was necessary. Very comfortable cottage. Only downside for those who suffer from osteoarthritis, large steps! but those are very surmountable obstacles. Thanks again!

Beautiful residence full of charm , warm decoration, paintings , heterogeneous but so pleasant to cross paths , making travel ,beautiful parquet floors , beautiful organization of rooms that can leave each independent, 2 among us worked with complete tranquility . A perfect cottage to rest in a quiet area. Sébastien and Mathilde are very friendly and accommodating. Everything is thought out, from the choice of materials to breakfast ingredients to make you feel connected to nature. The view is splendid and the place allows you to be cool, which is very nice during the hot weather.

Impeccably maintained accommodation, surrounded by a very appreciable calm environment, and with a sun exposure allowing you to fully enjoy the warm terrace! I would recommend the place!

I spent one night in this bed and breakfast for a business trip and can only recommend this place. Great hospitality, impeccable communication and above all: a real feast at the dinner offered as an option and at the breakfast that was prepared with care while respecting my vegan diet to perfection. A magical stay in an idyllic setting! 🌿✨ House full of charm, nestled in an authentic village, with a breathtaking view of the Beaujolais, enhanced by the flowering broom. Breakfast was a real moment of pleasure: homemade brioche, jams and artisanal yogurts, accompanied by a friendly exchange with the owners, who even shared their recipes! And as a bonus, thanks to my cooperative, I benefited from a 3.5% discount on my reservation, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect stay, to be repeated without hesitation!

Very nice house , well appointed and functional, in a quiet area. The exteriors offer several locations without vis-à-vis and usable according to the desires or the weather.

We only stayed 1 night (2 adults/2 child), but it was a very nice experience. Very friendly welcome, deliciously eaten with the owner and family, enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. Repeatable!

One-night stopover on our vacation departure. The traffic jams delayed our arrival time and it didn't bother Margot and her partner. They were very responsive to my messages and welcoming. Both bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed and the bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and very good: homemade or local which allowed us to leave on a full stomach for the rest of the traffic jam. 😉 We'll definitely be back next year.
