Located just minutes from historic downtown Eureka Springs, this quiet and newly renovated hideaway is a perfect place for a getaway, with beautiful views and visiting wildlife. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, a workspace, and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The outdoor space has a fire pit, covered back patio with bbq grill and patio furniture. Large garage space available for an additional fee.

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The quiet, back deck has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable, 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Karla's Cottage is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Two Queen beds and one full bed makes it easy to sleep 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. A full-sized washer and dryer are available on property. A propane grill along with a large deck make everything just right for eating, visiting, reading, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
