Holiday rentals with beach access in Roatán

Great spot, 100% would stay here again. Love the outdoor kitchen. Quieter area a bit set back from the bars/clubs was nice but a couple minute walk to the Main Street. Henry was nice, super chill and always ready to help. I used the A/C every night for 4 or 5 nights and spent like $15 on electricity, worth it!

Mark was very responsive to all inquiries and very helpful with suggestions. The house is in an excellent location if you want to be away from all the hustle of the West end, but at the same time only 5 minutes drive away. There's a couple nice restaurants a short walk down the beach and also dive and snorkel places as well. All the bedrooms had a/c so we slept comfortably and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of complimentary drinks on arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was full of amenities so we needed nothing to have a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our 1 week stay at Mel’s place. It had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. It is about a 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurants in West Bay. It is also located in a small strip mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. Communication was good and check-in/check-out was smooth. Good value for the price.

The property itself is stunning, the florals and greenery were just incredible. The views were exquisite. We spent most of our time on our balcony or in the palapa. The location was perfect, a short walk to all the fun the west end has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best stay for our first ever Airbnb adventure. The friendliness of Sandy and her staff made us feel like we were family.

Spent 8 days enjoying this apartment. Loved that security is downstairs at all times and friendly, making sure everyone is safe when coming and going. Great AC and plenty of hot water, loved being able to wash clothes whenever. WiFi was fast and free Netflix to enjoy after a long day in the water. Area was very quiet at night and super quick walk around the corner to the beach. Definitely had a wonderful vacation :)

This was a great find! It took less than five minutes to walk to the beach and was close to good coffee and food. The place itself is private and quiet with a nice pool. The balcony was calm and the view beautiful. Tanya was really lovely and helpful. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at Albert and patty’s! The air bnb was really cozy and they had nice touches that a lot of air bnb’s dont. It’s close to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants but quiet at night. The unit has a big water jug, comfy pillows and sheets, tv, hot water, microwave, kitchen items to cook meals and laundry. The only thing that would hinder us from staying long term is the air conditioner. It cycles on and off and doesn’t stay on and it’s very loud. So when it’s on, the a/c has the room really cold, then it turns off and the room gets hot and that happens all night so our sleeps weren’t great. Albert said he tried to have it fixed so we believe he’s trying to work on the problem but I think one that stays on all the time would be more comfortable for the future. 🙏🏼 Overall Albert and patty do everything to make sure you have a good stay and are such nice people, we would love to stay again in the future. Don’t hesitate to book this place :)

Barb and Jay, along with Christina were helpful hosts who made transportation to and from the airport to the Airbnb easy and safe. Their Airbnb was so charming, and the breeze through the room was always blowing. The location is walkable to many restaurants and dive shops. The water taxi stand is right down the road for easy transportation as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thanks so much for hosting me! 😊

We had an absolute blast the 2 weeks we were here. Comfortable and everything you need to feel right at home - we cooked several times and walked to the beach almost daily. A couple of things as avid travelers who like more of the if you lived here experience - definitely hit Eldon’s grocery store on your way here for cooking staples. The stairs to the beach are in the lot to the right of house (if you’re looking at it). 144 steps. Look for the sign for the Sea Cat and Drop Off as the resort access point to walk down once you’re at the top. BananaRama will let you use beach loungers for free all day if you grab food or drink. Try the seafood soup or Pollo Chuco at Arlyn’s and try Baleadas at Calelu’s in the West End - nothing fancy aesthetically but great Honduran food options. Definitely reach out to Jason (phone number is in the guide) for help coordinating tours and connecting with you fresh local fish if you’re in the mood to cook. Better rates and MUCH better service experience

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

Luke and his rental were both great. The unit was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed the location. Easy walk to town but peaceful and tucked away. The roof deck was a nice bonus. Luke was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable for our family, close to the beach and restaurants. We went to my son's wedding. I'm really grateful to have chosen their house. Lana helped us and recommended many places, Outdoor space was also wonderful and enjoyable, the pool was clean , we enjoy afternoon in the pool The house is well located at walking distance of all the action in West bay beach (4 min walk) ... we felt safe run Fosters West Bay Resort restaurant and bar was amazing we spend the day eating and drinking there at the beach Milton was amazing at the restaurant make us feel welcome ... We were happy on staying here and will certainly come back .

My family and kiddos (3) and (6) really enjoyed our stay! The proximity to the beach was perfect- and the beach itself is perfect for both snorkeling, and the kids sand activities! They arranged airport transportation with a stop at the grocery, which fit into our meal plan- leaving plenty of room for lunches and dinners at local eateries. We took a look at the rest of the island, but I got the sense that most of the other areas would prefer to come see west bay. I'd love to go back again!

I recently stayed at Katherine’s Place in Roatan, Honduras, and it was an unforgettable experience. Jessica's house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. She has all the basics needed for basic cooking for your stay. The location was peaceful and was walking distance to many dive shops, restaurants and gift shops. perfect area if you do not have a rental car. would stay here again.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great place. Mellisa recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Jacksons dive shop is a 1 minute walk up the road. They were fantastic. Mellisa also recommended a driver, Marco. He was the best and we never needed a rental car.

Bills place is beautiful and so well equipped. We had amazing coffee, every spice and kitchen utensil, towels. Cold cups- cooler- way more than expected. The views were incredible, great restaurants within walking distance- definitely no car needed. We will definitely be back- nice pool and so responsive- really wonderful experience!

Staying at Wanda’s place was a great experience. The 2 bed, 2 bath condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. We especially loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and prep snacks throughout the day. The view overlooking the pool was a bonus and made mornings even more peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing Host & House. Everything was perfect and they were so kind. The house was clean and looked just like pictures. The host was more than perfect and I can’t wait to come back!

My family and I stayed at Carrie’s place and we highly recommend this to others. The location is the perfect place to stay on Roatan. The unit is very large and the balcony is massive. This was the best stocked air bnb we have ever stayed in with quality kitchen items. The community is very quest and secure. The pool area was amazing! We would stay here again without hesitation.
